Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum helped us to improve the practical knowledge with the help of faculty. It provided real world experiences within the curriculum for the students to develop their skills.It helped us to face challenges in the industry.

Students are eligible to attend campus interviews from the fifth semester.Many big companies like Aachi, Maruti,Sutherland visited our college.We had like 3.5 LPA Package offered in our college.Most of the students get placement from our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee is average for the students.But now there is a increase in fee structure this year. However compared to other colleges our college fee is medium ranged. We have campus opportunities available as well but for this year there is less opportunities in it department.

Campus Life

Many events were held semi annually for the students.Culturals and other events happened in our college it was very fun with friends.I have been in karuna club with friends.There were fun events in the club.

Admission

There is no entrance examination in our college. So there is no difficulties in getting admission,they just check the 12th mark percentage for application process.The admission process can be made online to reduce work.Application form can be gotten from offices in college.

Faculty

Faculty provided good support for the students to improve their academic scores.Furthermore they were friendly towards the students and provided them guidance for the students to overcome their challenges.

I interested in science and my senior who was a botany graduate in my college said that the lab is superb that's why I chose microbiology.but the lab doesn't have enough requirements which greatly become a barrier for us to get practical knowledge

Actually the college provides placement for the students and especially to the lower background students at the max. The college collaoborate with the govt. dept. to create placement drives in the college. The salary is not that much attractive still its okay only.

Placement Experience:

The placement will be happening for the 3rd year students who have registered already by paying 6000 rs. The topics companies like Accenture, TCS, wipro,etc come for placements. The highest package is around 3.5 lakhs per annum . I am opting for higher studies.

Quite impressive

Remarks:

The infrastructure of the college campus is very good and peaceful as well. My college has a vast library which works from 8.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m on all working days and study holidays. Here if a student wants to borrow any other books other than his/her course, they need to seek prior permission of the Principal to get them books.

I actually for two other colleges in Chennai, one is Loyola and the other is dgvc. I didn't get seat in Loyola even though I got very good marks 552/600 which includes a centum in commerce and 99 in accounts. After that I applied in dgvc where at first I didn't get counseling but once I paid fees in this College am jain college I got admission there..I asked for a refund in my college but they didn't provide me so I joined here.
