- Teaching is good. Studied in afternoon batch, so the quality was good.
- Infrastructure was maintained good. and it's developing also
Dislikes
- Placements was not good. they brought all the non-core companies like Voice, Non-voice process, Bank trainee etc. all the non core companies only except one or two
- No playing period alloted. If you go and play in the break, they'll not allow. But the college has ground.
- Comparing to before, now the college became strict in going In and Out, leaving in between won't happen here after.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum was good and easy to pursue. But I feel its a little bit outdate, can't blame the college. It was under Madras university. the college conducted IV programs also. this shows the improvements they tried. Frequency of exams is too poor. the semester exam will after 1 month of model exams which I found it was not effective
Placement Experience
on 5th semester itself you'll able to attend soft skills class, placement training for placements. Carisma, Axis bank, so many companies with voice and non- voice. package will be from 2 - 3LPA after the degree I chose to go MBA at Anna University and currently pursuing, by scoring 91% in TANCET i got MBA PT
Fees and Financial Aid
For 1 year the fees is 50000. There are management scholarships for SC,ST, jain. I didn't got that. My classmates availed this management SC, ST, Jain scholarship, which will reduce the semester fees amount 5000 less.
Campus Life
Overall i got good friends, so my college experience was good. We enjoyed with what we got in this college, rather than ranting. The sports and extra curricular activities are for certified sports person, not a common person who has interst in sports, so this was poor
Admission
1st parameter is distance between college and my house. I gone on cycle itself. I applied for loyola, MCC, vivekananda, in which I didn't get any confirmation or any call from their side. scored 84% in 12th, but they didn't select. I wonder what are the minimum criteria then. I appreciate this college for not doing this, the college give good and better than this loyola, MCC colleges.
Faculty
The exams are medium level. Obviously you should study to score. It depends easy or hard based on your study. All faculties were average to good. Some of them were best in teaching. Each semester there will be 5-6 exams. Will differ each sem.
Night Life
hangout spot is a pathway full of trees. that was the hangout spot. nightlife is nothing, because it will be full dark, there will be hostel in the walking distance to the campus, so no worries about hostel and travel.
