Course Curriculum Overview

Civil engineering is a great course to study because of the infrastructure growing and all the buildings and things are constructing all over the world. It is not hard as other engineering courses but also we can get a good job

Internships Opportunities

The internship provides on the college was so effective to get practical skills and also it help us to make us bold and provide technical skills the college provides so many intership properties also the main companies that came on internship are mahindra infosis and IT related companies

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee here is 37500 per semester in the management quota. So eight semester it will be 3 lakhs. If we are on merit the tuition fee for the semester is 30000 and on nri quota a slight variation compare to management quota

Campus Life

The experience that i faced in my college is so good the festival that conducted in the college is very good and the tech fest and other activities are too good the college contains so many good clubs and have many good opportunities

Admission

The eligibility of the course is 12th pass we need to pass keam entrance exam and have atleast 80 % in plus two to get a good college reservation seats are available the exams conducted on college is very effective

Faculty

There is good faculty members in this college especially they help us to improve on our exams and help to achieve good marks. They are very loyal to us and they motivate us for our good being and also for our future.

There is no group discussion or any interview or written test no need if this the gd conducted on our college was so effective for getting confidence and courage to avoid our fears also and also help us to improve our skills

Placement Experience:

Placements cells are supportive in terms of networking with different companies and are readily active for the students competing in getting internships and placements. The college has a tie up with different companies like Infosys , Wipro , Deloitte , IBM , NVIDIA , Deshaw Private Limited etc. Students become eligible from semester 5 onwards for on campus placements. The offers made by these companies are 8 LPA to 9 LPA by deloitte , innfosys , and IBM but the highest package is being offered by Deshaw and NVIDIA that is 60 LPA and 47 LPA. The average package is around 11 LPA and the percentage of students getting placed are above 80%. My plan after getting the degree is to work for an IT Company to get the hands on knowledge about what the current technologies demand and get experienced in that and work further upon it.

From the semester 7 onwards the placement interview will begin.The company's like Infosys,Sutherland etc.But if we are doing externally that is also good.I'm planning on improving my skills first and then going abroad. The average package available would be 4 lakh per annum.

I applied for 4 college include the current one they were : 1)SRM , Chennai 2)M.A.C.E, Kothamangalam 3)MITS , Varikoli 4)V.J.C.E.T, Vazhakulam From these 4 colleges I was rejected by MA college and MITS. I think my KEAM score was too low to make it there . I got a seat at SRM for Electronics and Communication Engineering but was not financialy able enought to afford it. The name of the engineering colleges is 1)viswajyothi college of engineering and technology vazhakulam(Ernakulam) 2)Rajagiri school of engineering and technology (Ernakulam). And third arts and science college name is Amritha vidhya college (Ernakulam).
