- I personally liked that there are no senior junior barriers between students. Seniors help their juniors in many ways like platforms to be used to study.
- College is training us in coding like using Data structures and algorithms. They also helps us to improve our aptitude skills
Dislikes
- The infrastructure is little small. That's the only I personally dislike not more than that.
Course Curriculum Overview
I would say The course which our college provides us is a lot more ahead of the other colleges because our college provides subjects which are important to interships and placement and also higher studies. Also exams are conducted in the monthly basis for the students to get marks with good CGPA in the final semester.
Internships Opportunities
College forces each students to take internships in each semester which helps the students to improve their resumes and shine more brightly. Recently our college seniors took internships in Microsoft with a stipend around 1 lakh and 50 thousand.
Placement Experience
The college provides us many placement trainings from the first year itself. We are getting practiced both in coding and aptitude, not students from CS are getting practiced for coding, students from many core subjects also getting practiced with coding. Students are eligible to take placements from the pre final year. Currently the college have placed 94 percentage of students in our college's prefinal year. Our college have signed with many MOE's with various companies to provide job offers to the upcoming students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The students who take admission in the college directly without any good marks are asked to pay around 300000 per year excluding hostel. But there are many good things for the ones who come through councelling and the ones in poverty. College conducts many scholarship exams where students get reduction fees. College also supports us to take many scholarship exams from the external websites which is also very useful.
Campus Life
The college has many clubs like cit connects, campus tv and many more, where students participate and take part in every culturals eagerly. College gives permission to students to conducts their own festivals. There are many extracurricular activities like dance and singing in college. We also have classes which have smart boards and air conditioned well.
Hostel Facilities
The room is more comfortable. We have good working fans and lights. The quality of the meal is very good, varieties of foods are provided. The college mess provides non veg for 3 days per week which is more than enough for me. The manual of mess changes frequently because they are improving the dishes day by day which are liked by students
Admission
Admission process was smooth, I came to this Tamil Nadu engineering councelling. My cutoff is 186.5 out of 200. The college also conducts many scholarship exams which will deduct our fees. There are also entrance exams which help the students to join the college. Application form can be found in the college's official website. The college did many things to the people who are in poverty, many students need not to pay fees to the college because of their high cutoff in their higher secondary. The college conducts admission exams in the time of May and June where students can enroll through online and attend the test. There are a few areas for improvement in admission like, there are a lots of needed to be done by the students who came through councelling. I would recommend to reduce the work not more than that. And everything is fine.
