Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum for Mass Communication covers field such as television, radio, advertising, newspaper, language etc. Faculties ensured to include current affairs and real life applications in their teaching methods along with sharing there on field experiences and conducting frequent seminars by eminent journalists and other experts.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions
The annual fee for students apart from the self financing wing is rupees 6000. Students eligible for e-grand Criterion are given concessions as per the government. Frequent campus drives and placements are offered for final year students. Internship recommendations are given during the second year.
Campus Life
The college conducts frequent events for students to participate. Various club activities and union activities are conducted almost every month. The Inter College Youth Festival is an opportunity for students to cultivate the campus environment and their talent. Quizzes debate sports activities such as cricket football and basketball mainly are held. The college was the venue for the South Zone basketball competition the previous year.
Admission
There was no entrance exam. The application was through the online portal of the college website. Eligibility criteria were based on class 12th marks. Eligible candidates were informed through an email and were requested to attend a simple interview.
