Course Curriculum Overview
No decision will be taken by the students even for an elective course selection. They by themself mark and put an elective course regardless your wish. Whole method of the college should be improved in the aspect of studies aswell syllabus. Exams are easy to crack . You cannot get any recognition unless you pamper your staffs, even if you win 1 lakh as cash award you should pamper your department staff to get a good recognition.
Placement Experience
Here students get eligible for placement at their 6th semester. Although placements are there, based on the department they play foolish politics just to make the faculties favorite students to get placed. We have lots of companies with an average package. Now the current placement percent is above 60. My plan after getting a degree is to be in a well reputed company.
Fees and Financial Aid
Tution fee is around 1.32 Lakhs, but this fees is average and sometimes less compared to other colleges. One of the benifit is fees. Scholarship and other financial aid is provided by our college. Coming to placements if you have skills you can get placed still there are inner politics happening so that talented students are lossing the opportunity. Main reason is they should pamper the department people to get selected for next round even though you are not selected in previous round.
Campus Life
Here if you want to conduct a tech fest, it is the most hectic process you have ever came accross because management wont support students by allocating funds for them but they ask students to find sponsors and they take 40 percent of the sponsor which the students get which is very disappointing. No one will encourage in sports as there is nothing in college. There are different clubs like yrc camp where they are doing a good job in social activities. No improvement in technology when it comes to velammal.
Admission
Process was so smooth. I joined by management quota. Application form is in the college website. No entrance exams were there. 100% placement records for CSE and IT students. AI & DS was introduced. Join here only if you want to study and no enjoyment.
