Course Curriculum Overview

I am in 1st year so the subjects are common of every branches. So for now i dont have any idea about my own course that how i have to react and prepare myself for the future threats that would be coming.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 49000 per year

Placement Experience

This year the rate of placement have been decreased very much. Ab padhenge nhi bache toh lwra college placements dilwaega. The students have to work hard and have to find outcampus placement this year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fees of the college is 1 lakh. And the hostel fees is also 1 lakh annually. The college provides scholarships to the tfws based students. Till now i have heard that the college helps in the placements of the mostly students.

Campus Life

The 1st fest that would occur in the calendar of the college will be ICI Fest that would be organized by the Civil branch students. And the annual fest of the college is know as Pravah. All the students wait for the Pravah.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel rooms are ok. But the quality of food is poor. And the rules are too strict of the hostels like you have toh enter thr hostel before 9pm if you are a boy and till 7pm if you are a girl. So think yourself.

Hostel Fee: INR 102000 per year

Admission

I got admission in this college through REAP. My percentile in JEE Mains was 78.8. I got to know about this college through onr of my relative and after doing research about this college, I got to know that this college is very much reputed in Rajasthan.

Placement Experience:

Jecrc have average placement they show 55 lakh package on advisement and 6 lakh at average placement, but I talked with senior they say placement is not good from jecrc. But I thought have good placement in jecrc university.

Decent college for the girls

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for summer internship (after 3rd year) from start of 3rd year (5th sem) and for the placements, companies come to the college from 7th semester onwards. Companies like jo Morgan, Deloitte, Flipkart, goldman sachs , PepsiCo ,oracle,bny ,ubs , rippling etc come here for placements, some of them come for 2months and 6months internship too. Average package offered by them is 9-10 lpa , jpmc , Goldman, visa they offer till 12 lpa and it can go up for some of the companies . Most of the companies allow to sit for 6.5cgpa and above but some of them allows 7.5 and above cgpa and jpmc allows 8.5cgpa and plus as far I know till now . I am currently looking forward to work in a company and get a placement.

The course curriculum is vast and allows a student to explore all the possible options to take before deciding on one . The field of elctronics and communication engineering allows one to deal with electronics and learn all the possible tinkering with them which is a very fascinating part as all the gadgets possible today were made of them. The curriculum does satisfy this thirst by teaching about them in the class of electronics and electricals and then experimenting in the lab with them . The areas for improvement could be that if a student is interested in a specific field then should be allowed to venture that field throughly instead of sitting in every class , but that is an imrovement for the indian education system as as whole . The classes of every subject does occur frequently and and exams take place every month in a form of quiz or proper pen based exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I like computer science and I can see my future in this course. The current ratio in computer science courses is around 1:5. And we don't have technical communication teaching at present and the college is saying that they will recruit teachers as soon as possible. The student-teacher ratio in all the branches is around 1:3. All facilities are well qualified and teach well but they are not permanent and hence they may or may not be changed next year. There are two semesters in each year and an examination is conducted after each semester. The difficulty level of these exams ranges from moderate to difficult.

My experience at SKIT College

I choose this college because this college us ranked no 1 in rajasthan for technical education. This is nirf ranked and RTU affiliated college but this college is become Autonomous. No i only applied for this college so I do not get any rejections from other colleges. Admission process is In jee you need to score more than 94 percentile to secured a Computer Science branch,there is also a management quota in that 5 lakh is given to college apart from college fees to get desired branch. I am only apply for this college as my first choice of reap counselling and my favourite branch computer science and engineering . And I got it in 1st round of counselling at 91.6 percentile.
