Likes
- Faculty which they are providing is good. They also provide faculty from industry which are having an experience in corporate of more than 15 years. They give us depth learning which helps in terms of Practical life. The exposure is also good .
- They give us the subscription of business standard which help us to know what is happening in day to day life. Also, it helps us in increasing the knowledge power. It helps us in debate as well when we give our points and express our views.
- Another thing which i liked is that we have a very diverse background and people are from different cultures. The quality of education which they are providing is very different from other b schools. They have a career track program of 3 months
Dislikes
- The Placements which they are showing in their brochure is not correct. However, they are mentioning the average ctc is 13.00 lacs which is truly wrong.
- The Management don't take the right decision. Most of the time they have done Goofup. Also, there are so many times things changes at the last minute and this happens because of miscommunication.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum was very different as it includes career track which includes deep specilaization into the majors of MBA. This includes T Shape curriculum which is very different from other B Schools. This includes transforming a person into a leaders who can shape the future.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure for 2 years is 14,40000 Campus employment is very low as they don't provide opportunities and even the companies which are coming for the job role opportunities they are startup. Also the stipend range is 10 k to 15 k only.
Campus Life
The overall experience is not as much as good as i have expected. The infrastructure is good with smart classroom & AC as well. The facilities which the students are getting that they get the subscription of Business standard and students can get to more in daily life and the corporate aspects of businesses as well.
Admission
it was okay. it includes Group exercise, Jagmat test, PI Round 1 and PI Round 2. There was Shoulder Panelist and Shoulder Batch as well. it was a very fun process including everything. They interact with the students to know more about them.
Interview Experience
Yes I faced the written test which includes three sections- quantitaive aptitude, reasoning and verbal ability. I faced Group exercise and Shoulder Batch has taken my interview as well. Also the panelist takes the interview and they give us the situation that if you are a manager what will you do to handle the situations.
