Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

This 5year course in Architecture is very difficult as compared to other branches like B.Tech. The curriculum is not that much valuable as compared to other architecture colleges. Here a lot of unnecessary burden is created on students just for the faculty sake.

Internships Opportunities

4

In architecture we have total 10 semesters and in 7th semester we used to go outside for our internship purpose ,we have to find the firms and offices by ourselves there is no rule of college in finding the same for students the students have to suffer a lot in this case while talking about stipend, we have to manage and talk by ourselves. College play's no role in intership & firm selection .

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee Structure is very unfair and nit bais, as boys use to pay more than double atleast 2.5x times the fee of girls on every semester. For e.g. girls Fee in a semester -? 9000 whereas boys have yo pay ? 24000 for. the same. Which seems more While talking about scholarship..these are just for the Creamy layers.

Campus Life

2

Firstly we have a lot of sumissions and assignments to do. And accordingly our course does not offer us to enjoy alot at college level with other branches. But alot of. Guest lectures are organised for the education purpose for us.

Admission

Firstly you have to give an entrance exam which is NATA. And after that you have to apply for the counselling for HPTU admission in the respective college. The application form is available on himtu.ac.in official website of HPTU. And from where you can get all the important details about fees counselling dates etc. The bachelor of architecture course offers you a 5 year professional degree in which every batch has maximum 40 seats. This degree develops an Artist inside you and makes you professional to handle project I'm construction.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My reason to choose this course was keenly dependent on my interest n passion for building and constructing newer form . Faculty is amazing in what they do and teach . Also india is in its intial stages to accept architecture.that's one of reason for less placement anywhere..be it here or any other college

College placements are good, about 70 to 80 percent of students get placed every year and many students also do internships in their 2nd or 3rd year. The faculty also invites companies for placements of students.

Surrounded with line tress in Hamirpur makes it more beautiful. Climate is all over year will remain pleasant. Faculty is not that much good this is the only negative thing about our college.

Collge is good. Only few NITS can meet its level in infrastructure and studies and in placement. New IITs are even not as good as this college. Its a silver jubilee college and has maintained its level of greatness since then.
