campus placement offers good package.Many 4th sister are selected
Campus is very large and peaceful and good environment
Campus provide good transport facility many students will prefer the bus facility

Dislikes

Sports teacher is not good and there will not encourage to play
Events are not allowed in night.Farewell as well as freshers party will be conducted in morning time

As iam Electronic and communication engineering we can choose software and hardware jobs AS well as it will provide both private and government sector jobs.The curriculum is totally applicable to the real world

The admission process is according to the rank that you got in entrence exam i.e EMECT AND ECET as I came through ECET cutoff rank is 1000 below branch rank .The scholarship are available.The students who have income certificate can get the scholarship

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.
