Since BVDUCOA is deemed university,they have an exclusive BOS(board of studies) which upgrades the syllabus each 2 years. Experienced learning is practiced in BVDUCOA. All the study concerned to guest lectures,study tours ard no. of academics activities are great.

Sunil Patil and associates,VKA,TATA Power,one habitat,Hafiz contractors,Tanmay Constructions,Tile planet,Mahol are a few of the companies which offers internships and placements for the students of BVDUCOA.

Eligible for internship since 5th sem.placements can be also started from 7th sem depending upon the performance since the college provides advanced education through many softwares. Openbowl studio,Sunil Patil and associates,TATA power,VKE,VKA,etc. are few of the companies that provide placements. Highest package is about 8-8.4 lakhs per annum and average package can be 3.6 lakhs per annum. 100% placement garrenty.

Fees and Financial Aid

142800 which comprises of educational fees + library + local sites visits + master classes+webinars and many more extra curricular activities. University level and external scholarships can also be availed. 100 percent placement garrenty with 1500 + alumni.

Campus Life

Ekatra is an annual college function which comprises of a week of cultural fun for students. 3000 + books provided in college library and E library Infrastructure of buliding is designed to be an architectural college. Nature club, photography club,film club,heritage club, literature club and also National and International competitions like NASA are also held throughout the year.

Admission

10+2/10+3 with PCM with min 45% agregate marks. The required exam is NATA(national aptitude test in architecture)with a minimum score of 70 to be eligible.Minimum of 1 attempt and maximum of 3 attempts were allowed.

The reason i choose architecture because it fascinates me how a place can be developed into holistic place interests me . The curriculum has some good inputs but it doesn't make you industry ready extra efforts should be taken to learn advance softwares extra classes newer research etc discussion on advance technology becomes important in modern age how architecture is changing is not discussed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation.There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Designing dreams at DYPCET

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
