Since BVDUCOA is deemed university,they have an exclusive BOS(board of studies) which upgrades the syllabus each 2 years. Experienced learning is practiced in BVDUCOA. All the study concerned to guest lectures,study tours ard no. of academics activities are great.

Bvducoa trains students in such a way that they can start their internship from 5th semester itself. Officially college provides internship in 7th semester after that students have to present their thesis. Companies associateed with college are open bolt studio , data power, Sunil and associates .

Fees and Financial Aid

The tusion fess is 428000 which includes local site visit, webinar, seminar, nasa, college uniform, and other cariculaar activities. Software training is provided from 1st year it self we are eligible to hand on work in cultural and freshers. College has consultant services as it is 30 years to BVDUCOA

The college has freshers, cultural, alumini meet , and farewell as the main function of college. There are more than 3000 books in the college library The class room has smart boards, fans and a good space,. The college has lots of sports and other cariculaar activities involved in academic year There are lots of clubs for students too learn many things rather than the main syllabus

The curriculum has some good inputs but it doesn't make you industry ready extra efforts should be taken to learn advance softwares extra classes newer research etc discussion on advance technology becomes important in modern age how architecture is changing is not discussed

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation.There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Placement Experience:

For architecure departments, usually there are no placements, but since this Institute is autonomous, they have startes conducting placements drive. Last year 10/12 students were placed in good firms all over banglore, pune, kolhapur. I plan on applying to different firms all over Maharashtra and would also hope to get placement via college since the packages that are offered are good. Placement percentage is anywhere between 12-15%. The highest package offered was around 5,40,000, average package for a architecture student would be-around 3lakhs.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.

The reason I chose this college were that i due to some personal issues and problems scored less marks in MHT-CET, JEE and other competetive exams which made it difficult to get admission into other colleges. BVPCOEP conducted a personal CET exam on the basis of which I was selected. They also considered 12th boards marks(minimum 65% required PCM or Physics, chemistry, and computer science(vocational course)). My experience at Bharati Vidyapeeth.

Other colleges I applied to were MIT Pune and Symbiosis Institute of Technology. I couldn't get into MIT because I couldn't clear there entrance test. The tution fees at Symbiosis is higher but is not on par with the quality of their education.
