Likes
- There are a lot of committees which involves u every time in all events
- The academic department is really chill with students taking leave if they don't wish to attend class but u do have to maintain minimum attendance
- There is no restriction in hostels.. in the sense there is no time limit
Dislikes
- The exam frequency is too high in my opinion
- Especially the final exams are too daunting
- The standard of exams are bit high when I compare with other colleges
Course Curriculum Overview
The exams are quite difficult and there is a good frequency of exams. There is a lot of case based questions so it kinda prepares us for the real time scenarios which is great. The aspect of dealing with healing diseases is what made me get into the field
Fees and Financial Aid
The complete cost of education is very less to be honest, when u compare with the other colleges it's really less u just have to a pay 10k for the whole academic fees each year, but in the first time admission u do have to pay 20k approx, but some of those money is deposited which will be later given back once the course is completed
Campus Life
The overall club activities etc.. is really good and fun.. there's lot of activities in which u can participate. There are lot of committees so everyone would be occupied with any of the committee and sports too.
Admission
Eligibility is to get a good rank in neet, application form and details are available in the jipmer website, There is a state quota reservation in jipmer, Frequency of exam is once a year and it's not exactly tough but the competition is more
