Description Fee in Rs. 1 Admission Fee (one time.) 5,000 2 Caution deposit* (one time) 3,000 3 Tuition Fee (annual) 1,200 4 JIPMER Students Association Fee (annual) 2,000 5 Learning Resource Fee (annual) 2,000 6 Corpus Fund on Academic Fee (annual) 70 7 Student Information details (annual) 1500 8 Identity Card (one time) 150.00 Total amount to be paid at admission 14,920 *Caution deposit will be refunded on successful completion of the course. Total annual payment for subsequent years, to be paid at the beginning of each academic year (1.5 times for the second phase). 6,770 Hostel fee is 12000 per year for double rooms and 15000 per year for single rooms

JIPMER: Above and Beyond

JIPMER

I also applied for ayurveda in kottakal arya vaidya sala and got a seat but I preferred studying in jipmer for a paramedical course rather than doing ayurveda. Jipmer is the second best medical college in India after aiims Delhi . The admission process here is quite different . A rank list would be published once you apply and there is an offline counselling where you have to come in person and choose the course you want according to your rank...Read More

JIPMER: Above and Beyond

I applied for AIIMS Delhi but I didn't get an admission because my AIR was 100. My second choice was JIPMER and I got into here. For admission into JIPMER, like any other medical college you are required to write the NEET UG exam and based upon your rank you can get admission into the college of your choice. For admission into AHS, you are again required to write the NEET UG exam. The cutoffs are really high for mbbs admission and it is usually around 300 AIR for the general category students....Read More

This is a great college where you will have a assured future

In NEET I got 404 and i applied in jipmer bsc counseling session which was via the official website. I got selected and my jipmer rank was 98. There was no separate jipmer exam as such but earlier it was there. Offline counseling session was there . It took three days for counseling, medical test and hostel allotment and fee payment...Read More
