Poor placements with low packages and limited companies coming to college
Course is more theory oriented which should be incudind more practicals.
The overall campus life sometimes becomes boring due to continuous classes

Course Curriculum Overview

I have opted for MCA in AI /ML and data science as it is promising career in future. The course comes with hands on project which helps in real world experience. The course also provides plenty of knowledge. It can be improved by including more industry related projects and learning experience

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for campus placements from third semester. Few companies come to college for placements but the rate is relatively low. I am planning to look for off campus placement once the course is completed

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees for the course as of now is 165000, which divided into 4 semesters. The first semester fee is 45000 and rest is 40000. Application fee is 1000. There are number of scholarships provided which can be applied according to ones eligibility.

Campus Life

The overall campus life is good with different cultural events and fests. Friendly faculties are present who make the campus a better experience. A good library with plenty amount of books is also provided to the students. Different clubs are present where students can join. Fully air conditioned classes with good furniture is also provided.

Admission

Admission was done on campus. In order to be eligible for the course we have to complete the graduation in computer science or related courses. Applications are available in university itself and can also applied in online mode. Fees is to be paid as demand draft which created a hassle among the students. Otherwise the process was fine.

My Experience: The good and the Bad

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked this biotechnology course in degree(Bsc) and i wanted to continue this course with higher studies. Hence this university is reputed one in Karnataka.. i choose this one and I got the seat and I am very happy for this. The teaching methods are really good but it depends on particular lecturers, how they teach .. For main sem exam the time was around 3 hours for 70 marks and it was moderate and can be manageable

In our department , 2 to 3 students are getting palcements. after i completed my degree , i want to research so i admitted in phd programmes.

BU needs more Improvement

Placement Experience:

After 3rd sem, we are eligible for campus placements. There'll be job drive for around 1 week where we get to attend. Commerce students get more opportunities rather than Botany students but nevertheless we get to work in medical feilds depending on interviews

The curriculum is fairly distributed among the 2 years. The first year broadly covers the course work, and learning of the laboratory techniques. Firstly I choose this college for my better courier in my course.So over other colleges this is far better and perfect for me. I applied for this college through their official website and attended eligibility exam through this I have received my admission confirmation letter and admission process.
