The campus that dhsk has is not camparabale with the other colleges as it is very clean as well as green.It is well maintained by workers to keep ut clean and green.
Dhsk have an auditorium with an average capacity of 300/400 capicity .It also offers a great stage as well as good sound quality .
The college also offers a good quality laboratory facility where you can learn about different practicals in a quite good manner .

Dislikes

The class rooms can be further more made better .
The college canteen is not so good as you won’t get something worth to have during the break.

Course Curriculum Overview

By choosing this course we can know about the various various species of plants and the variety of rice that are available in the country.After completing this course you can further go for Msc in Botany.You can also apply for various competitive exams after the degree.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees is just 7500 for a semester .The whole expense of the complete course is approximately 1.2 lakh. After getting admitted in the college you can apply for ISHAN UDAY SCHOLARSHIP. Through these you can get a scholarship of upto 55000 at each odd semester.

Admission

The admission process is based on the percentage obtained in the HSSLC exam .For applying you just need to go to the official website of dhsk cllg i.e; dhsk.org.in .We just need to apply and the merit list will be declared in a few days.After the merit list is available the sleceted students need to go to the college for the verifof their documents.After verifying the documents you can take admission by paying the required amount.For APL the fees is approximately 8000 and for BPL the fees is approximately 2000.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed the course because I dont have so much money to study for btech and all and also I didn't prepare for jee or neet so, the next thing come is mind is bsc that is in botany or zoology as I liked bio more than any other subjects. Yaa by reading botany I can know many things about plant and trees. The improvement that they can do is release a book according to the syllabus by the university and also add few more new teachers such that student can be friendly with them and ask their doubt . For me I think exam timing should be done... Like one before durga puja and one around December . And the difficulty level should be easy .

1. Honestly I wanted to apply for this college as because of reside on dibrugarh so I wanted to go to a college in dibrugarh so by the grace of God I got to read in this college. I heard a lot of things about this college from everyone including my parents and even grandparents which made me to choose this college and it is active culturally and academically. 2. I didn't got kind of rejection but I didn't wanted to make it to other colleges as I live with my mother and brother in dibrugarh so I didn't wanted to leave them and go to other place so I want to get into a college in dibrugarh. This is the reason. 3.So regarding the admission process it is under merit based so no exams are conducted.Only the percentage of H.S is seen and accordingly if the percentage is upto the cutoff mark given by the college then admission is confirmed otherwise if the percentage is below the cutoff then admission can't be taken .For science stream cut offs are usually more i.e 70 percent and above and for arts stream it is slightly less....Read More
