Course Curriculum Overview
As I was very passionate about sports and wanted to gain as much knowledge as possible about it. I got to know about this Sports Management course which teaches many managerial skills which are required to successfully organise and conduct any sports event. It also gives us knowledge about different sports, training and Nutritions. The faculties of my college are really supportive and friendly. They give their best to share knowledge and cover up our syllabus.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Wipro, Tata, Sony, Reliance, Pepsi, BSNL, Emami, Decathlon, Infosys and many more approaches students and offers them their placements. Placements includes 4-8 lakhs per annum package on average.
Placement Experience
There are many companies in which placements of students from 3rd year are offered. Companies like Decathlon, Emami, AIFF approaches students for their interviews and selects for placements. One of our seniors are now doing a job in decathlon with a salary of 8 lakh per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
My course is of 4 years and every semester takes 30000 rs. Which makes overall course fees 240000 rs. There are scholarships to apply for which your faculty members will guide you to and help you with it.
Campus Life
There are many events which are being organised from the part of faculty and also the part of us students. Freshers and farewells are also being held every year which we organise everything and our students performs on stage. The library consists of variety of books. You can borrow any book from the library. And you're given a book bank from every semester and you have to return those books at the end of the semester.
Admission
My course is Bachelor in Sports Management and the eligibility criteria for pursuing this course is 60% in 1+2. Also I had to give an entrance exam called the Common Admission Test (CAT) for getting admission. You can visit the campus and they'll guide you through the entrance exams and admission procedures. The CAT exam was conducted through Makaut. It wasn't much difficult as it included general knowledge questions and basic mathematics questions. You can also reserve your seat by advancing some funds which will be cut off from your first semester fees.
