Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is quite good. We enjoy the practical sessions. We get to learn many new things and also the things we are going to work on in the future. No research initiatives are taken by the college.

Internships Opportunities

The college provides an internship. The internship experience is good and valuable. We learn the things at the ground zero levels. There is no stipend provided. As the internships are for educational learning and development of skills.

Placement Experience

The college has a very little placement. That means the placement scenario is not at all good. The percentage students got placed were 40%. Not of much good companies visit here. The average package is 2 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college isn't affordable much for the open category students. It is for me, but it is a fatty amount for other students. The corner isn't having many resources accessible compared to the fees paid. I pay around 10-15k annually.

The faculty is an average one. They aren't having much teaching experience. They are well qualified. They are very much interactive. They solve every query presented to them. They are MTech and a Ph.D.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.
