Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

BBA isn't that tough a course. For science students - accounting might seem alien at first, but with practice and a little effort, it becomes fine and easy. The course gives a lot of practical knowledge which is definitely applied in the day to day life. A lot of industrial visits, projects, interviews, activities are carried out which implies there is a heavy focus on experiential learning. We have skill development periods every week which is not a part of the BBA curriculum. The college focuses on developing every student's attitude, personality and skills as well.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, the college does provide internships. For BBA we have a foreign internship in Singapore planned at the end of the first year. And there are local internships around Bangalore between the 2nd and 3rd year.

Placement Experience

3.5

This is my first year so I don't have complete knowledge about the placements. But seeing it happening for the final year students right now, I can say about 90% of students have already been placed. Companies like - Marico, NextGen, Simplilearn and many more have visited the college. The average package is maybe around 3.9 lakhs.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is normal. It's about 1,65,000 per annum for BBA(might vary year to year). This fee even includes one Singapore internship which is held after the first year. All of the travel, stay, food is included in this yearly fees.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel is twin sharing. It is well designed and always neat and clean. The bathrooms especially have a grand look and are hygienic. For BBA in campus hostel facilities are provided. For seniors - PGDM 2nd year there is PG provision within 500 meters radius around the campus. The hostel food is tasty too. A well-balanced diet is given every day. And it isn't bad or watery as most of the hostel food is! Yearly the fees for the hostel is around 86,000. This does not include laundry and ironing of clothes. Any kind of iron and induction stoves aren't allowed in the hostel. The closing time of the hostel is 9 pm. Everyone needs to be back inside by then.

Faculty

4.5

The teachers here are highly qualified and experienced. They treat the students and other faculty members more like one single family. Every teacher is very caring, friendly and down to earth. They're open-minded and a perfect blend of a friend as well as a guide and a mentor. The classes are two way, they ensure every student participates and the classes are interactive and fun. The classes are filled with concepts being related to daily life examples, with so many examples being given - the concepts stay with us better . Classes even go on with presentations and videos relating to the topic.

Placement Experience:

Almost all of the students are placed in multinational corporations, and the education is seriously excellent. In addition, the college provides placement training, which helped students during their placement interview sessions. The average pay package offered to 80 percent of the campus's students in my class was 3 lacs per annum. However the highest package offered was 10 lacs. Every year, many students are placed in companies such as HCL, TCL, Infosys, Wipro, and others. I wanted to go for further studies so I did not appear in the placement drive. However most of my friends who sat in the placement round, got selected at multinational companies.
