Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I want to learn about computer languages and how does they work. Well frankly speaking nothing such I learnt from college, all I learnt is from youtube and by self study. College only took exams. Whole college needs improvement.

Class Size: 26Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

As per 2021-24 it was 1.5lakh for 3 yrs. and 10k for admsn. Complete cost would be like 2lakh including all dress , late fine, semester exam fees etc. Only got SVMCM (Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Scholarship)

Campus Life

Campus life is total ZERO. Fests used to be good but now they also degraded . Wifi is there in the college but not so useful. In the name of ground there is nothing. Rotaract club is there which does a great work by helping and supporting the needy one. GDSC is there but it does nothing .

Admission

Eligibiliy: As I am from BCA so I can tell about my dept only.If you have maths or computer in your class 12th then only you can take admsn in BCA. Where to find: You can find it from the offcial website of DSMS college. Reservation: N/A Exams: Frequent class tests, assignments etc. Exams are quite easy .

Placement Experience:

1 internship company came for bca course forgot the name which was unpaid. 3-4 companies came for placement but only 1 out 26 students got placed. Companies like TCS, wipro, cognizant didn't came. Although they will give email for those companies.

Budget Best College For Students in Sonarpur

Placement Experience:

Mostly what i know, from 7th or 8th semester the students are eligible for the campus placements. Wipro, TCS, etc are the companies who come to recruit students from this college. The highest package is like 15 LPA, the average package is around 6-8 LPA. 50-60% of students get placement. After the degree, if i get the job i would like to purse MCA, while doing my job.
