Course Curriculum Overview
As for me I am really interested in studying about coding,and believe that knowing coding will help me in the future for my job opportunities.The teaching methods can improve a little bit more by explaining the main concepts in multi languages to help us understand more easily.the exams here are really strict and hard.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities are offered to students in 3rd year only,as I'm a first year I don't know much about it.but,I've heard that companies like ibm,tcs,Microsoft and some others visit our college to hire interns.
Placement Experience
Only the third years are eligible For the campus placement.as for me I don't know much about the campus placements,as I'm a first year.but I've heard the campus placements of this college is really good.ive heard most of my friends plans to take their masters abroad but I'll look for job opportunities after my degree
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee in this college is really high when compared to others,1 sem costs up to 90000 according to the courses.the scholarships provided by the college are only applicable to those who score above 90percent in 12th exam.i feel that they should give scholarships to students starting with 80% too.and even if we're eligible for the scholarship the prices to complete is really big,you have to score good marks in all of your internal and sem exams in the first year,and also a 90% attendance is required too.the college do provide and guide the students who are looking to take loans for their education.the campus employement rate in this college is high,but only the students in 3rd year is eligible for the employement.
Campus Life
There are multiple college units of the Yenepoya institute of arts sciences commerce and management,but our campus is the smallest one,the campus life is not Laurie like how I imagined it.the three buildings all together are congested in a small area.there are minimum 3 programmes in one arm but the programmes conducted are congested because of the less campus area.although,the classrooms are really nice with centralized ac and smart board.the sports and extracurricular activities conducted by the colleges are held in main campus of Yenepoya therefore those programmes are really well organized.the clubs and social groups of the college are really active all the time especially NSS.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is provided by the college.the room consists of 2 wall fans and one ceiling fan,also with one ac.the ac is available for 12 hours a day.the hostel menu is really good and the meal quality too.Mon,wed,Friday there is chicken for us and for Sundays there is chicken biriryani.the registration process for the hostel was not that good,they only allowed us to enter the hostel after the full payment of hostel of 1 year.
Admission
The admission process was not that hard there was a lot of faculties and staffs to guide us through the admission process.The application form was given to me by my agent.there is no entrance exam for the admission in this college.
