Although overall a good experience, it would really be better if the college can consider squeezing the batch size as a huge batch size of 1000 students hampered individual growth and focus on behaf of the management.

I was selected based on my CA exam score. I got 79. 2 percentile. I chose IBS Hyderabad as at seemed to be the best available option within that score.

The course curriculum was detailed and well planned. We mostly followed the CASE STUDY pedagogy which helped us gain first hand experience of the industrial problems. We were allowed to choose our majors/minors electives beginning 3Rd semester.

We were offered little assistance for internships. Most of us including me, looked for the internships opportunities on our own. However Given the college reputation and standards, it did not prove to be much difficult to find one.

I would rate the placement cell only a little above average. Given the quality of companies, we expected a better package but I think the college always prefered them to take more students than offering a better package.

All national festivals, and also some of the rrgional festivals were given equal importance at the college. Also, there was an annual management fest, Farwell function, and various sports events throughout the year.

The fee structure is a little on the heavier side and can prove to be a very strainful given the return on investment. A fee of 12 lacs (includimg hostel fees) is not really affordable by everyone and we did expect a better bargain on the packages offered after paying this sum.

Their was no scholarship facility offered by our college. With respect to the loan facilities, the college had tie ups with all leading banks and financial institutes and offered good deals for student loans.

The campus life was chilled out and offered many activities for the students inside the campus. However, it seems that therr was very little interaction with other colleges which restricted the students within the college itself.

The hostel infrastructure and facilities were well maintained with individual room accomodation for everyone. Proper working elevators. Clean corridors and regular cleaning service offered in the rooms. The mess facility was also upto standards and served

The college maintains a strong alumni network and interaction with the srniors and pass outs havr been easy to come by. With regualr alumni meets, it becomes easier to catch up as well

We used to have weekly evaluation internals for different subject each werk and at the end of the semester, the main exams took place. Due to regular revision and studies, it never seemed to be very hectic.

The faculty was well experienced and equipped with industrial experience. It was a good learning experience overall. However, it seemed that the faculties were sometime not really very interested in passing on that knowledge to the students and restricted
