Placements group is best and tries there best for every students
Library is the best place and provide a nice environment of study's.

Dislikes

The college is far from the station and take 45min from the station.
The college canteen is not good amd one can have only packed food.
Travellers is the major issue and make the person tired.

The mai reason to choose this course is my imterest in it. And as in the real world we can see the cooperate sector als have a higher demand of it. The college is secured with NAAC B++ grade. All the curriculum is folled by the mumbai university irself.

There is not many fest in the college but almost every festivals is celebrated in it. The college is have vert famous fest named as HITASHI . And for the freshers there is fest named as TECH fest and hackathon . Many sports events and held in the college . And there is also inter college sports competition. Many activity is performed by the NSS Group.

The eligibility of the course is 10+2 with entrances such as MHT-CET or JEE . with atlest 45 % in the 12th std . Further admissions process was u der taken on the websites of mumbai university. The college is affiliated with mumbai university.

Placement Experience:

The Training Placement Office Logins are given to us in the third year of the college where alot of companies gives opportunities to apply for the said job role or internship. Approximately 5 to 10 companies visits are there every month which increases as you enter your final year of college.

My experience at VIT pune

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

Students are eligible for placement from the third year itself for ppo and so. There are several companies visiting thakur around the year and there are a lot who get placement off campus too. I have heard a student from comps got into google at 72lpa. you can visit the tnp site for more detail.

placements are pretty decent here, especially for comp/it students. The average package here is around 12 to 14lakh, college provide on campus placements too, our placement cell is pretty hardworking. almost 97 to 99% of students get placed here.

The faculty is the worst part about the college

Our college facilities is not good. The faculty is the worst part about the college. They do not take classes instead they burden us with lots and lots of homework and assignment. They want us to perform very well in the exam but they won't bother themselves to take classes. Even if they take class, they teaching is not proper wave. We only go to college in order to maintain our attendance. The assignment are assigned via mail or WhatsApp group notification. The semester is filled with assignment, project and tests....Read More
