Course Curriculum Overview

The course was very good. during the lab sessions we do lots of practical learning and apart from that we conduct seminars, symposiums very innovatively with the help of our professors and our final year project were done by our own skills. elective was like one management subject not able to recollect much.

Internships Opportunities

None, for UG there was no internship. but we do go for Industrial visits to understand how in real time machines work, reach the customers and make profits

Placement Experience

Many top most IT companies and product based companies came forward to for recruitment.we achieved 100% placement.Wipro,Infosys,HCL, IGATE, Capgemini,etc.

College Events

Events: Intercollege Technical symposiums, seminars on recent research say nanocomputers, real-time hacking seminars, IEEE paper submissions, alumni meet & seminars, intra college cultural, intra hostel cultural, fanfest,etc.100% footfall.and the co-operation, ideas, prize money and the gift vouchers from the college authorities were very innovative.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees were like an ok type. around 40k p.a.for the curriculum along with Industrial visit. And 55k p.a. for the hostel along with 3times food and stay.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, 5k per year. College authorities give the bill for all the fees and the certificate too which helps us in facilitating to apply for education loan.

Hostel Facilities

Yes. Rooms were sharing.No PG's.55K p.a.Food was like mouthwatering, tasty and healthy too.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

We have formed an alumni group in social network and we do guide the freshers of our college to how to crack the exams and placement interviews.

Faculty

All of our faculties were highly skilled with PG graduation and few of them with Ph.D. too.they were so kind and helpful to complete our projects and very interactive too. Apart from a curriculum, we have learned how to survive in this rapid world with knowledge and morality.

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

LIFE AT VIT

Course Curriculum Overview:

ECE is a core subject in the upcoming technologies like the semiconductor field etc. which is why I chose this branch. VIT has a lot of labs and equipment that enables a person to learn and grasp practical knowledge faster. The teaching methods include using a PPT and using a white board . Sometimes flip classes are done when students explain topics. The 2nd open book test is the toughest in difficulty level when compared to exam 1 and the final test.

About my Heaven College

I didn't apply for any colleges as i want to study in Jeppiaar engineering college. I got offers from rajalakshmi engineering college but it was very far for me so i went to jeppiaar engineering college for my dream to be fulfilled. Admission process will only be done in the addmision front office there will be Ram for guiding you and collecting fees where they will give receipt for your payment.
