Course Curriculum Overview
IIT Madras civil engineering department offers a well-balanced mix of theory and application. interdisciplinary coursework and project-based learning were important considerations in my selection. Developing critical thinking and incorporating emerging technology into the curriculum could improve it even more while adequately educating students for real-world applications.

the internship oppurtunities are very high to the iit madras in terms of various aspects. the top companies offers internships to the skilled students and also provides the stipend every month. internships helps the students to gain real-worls experience in various aspects.

The placements are very good in iit maddras. the companiees like google, microsoft, tata motors etc. they will give the real-worls experience to the students in terms of knowledge. and skills. the packages are also provided with proper skills.

IIT Madras reserves right to adjust tuition. costs vary by program /year. scholarships like insstitute merit-cum means available. on-campus jobs offer stipends matching responsibilities. they provide the hands-on-experiences with the teaching skills.

the events like shaastra , saarang covers various aspects of college life. e cell is the startup cell. these brings various asspects to the students in terms of knowledge, skills, academic and social aspects, these things improves the student life to learn and enhance their skills.
Hostel Facilities
Hostels are provided based on the degree/program. they provides single, double, triple rooms. the hostels are seperate for both boys and girls. according to their program. hostel conditions are very good as they are old. each room contains. one bed and study table for them to read and prepare well for exams.
Admission
eligibility 10+12 with PCM for jee main, qualify foe jee advanced. apply online, fees vary. SC, ST, OBC, EWS quotas. exams- jee main , jee advanced multiple shifts, high difficulty, enhancements- transparent evaluation, stress reduction, accessible centers, cheating prevention, feedback mechanism.
