Course Curriculum Overview

IIT Madras enginerring design programme offers a well-balanced mix of theoty and application. interdiscipilinary coursework and project-based learning were important considerationsin my selection. DEveloping ccritical thinking and incorporating emerging technology into the curriculum could improve it even more while adequately educatinng students for realworld applications. Exams can be difficult at times.

Internships Opportunities

IIt madras provides internships with top firms like Google, microsoft, Taya Motors. Gain paid, hands-on experience in software, research, engineering. Build industry connections, prepare for careers practically.

Placement Experience

Placements at iit madras begin the seventh semester. Many roles are avavilable at prestigious firms like TCS, Google, Microsoft the largest package costs more than 1crore, with the annual averages between INR 12 and 15 lakhs. Numerous pupils obtain positions. My goal is to work in the tech industry after graduation.

IIT Madras reserves right to adjust tution. costs vary by program/year. scholarships like institute Merit-cum means available. On-campus jobs offer stipends matching responsibilities. the stipends are useful to their learning outcomes.

Campus Life

Events like shaastraand saarang create a buzz on the iit madras campus. There are plenty of easily available books and journals at the library. classrooms provide with the contemporary conveniences. Diverse interests are catered to by a multitude of sports and clubs. Student organisations like Dance club and Ecell enhance social interactions.

Hostel Facilities

Beds and study tables are standard amenities in the dorms of iit madras. There is some variety in the meals. Registration for hostels is easy, and the cost varies depending on the kind of lodging. While selecting an off-campus properly near iit madras, facilities vary and budget and proximity are prioritised.

DRNGPIT is a tough gig to survive!!

Campus placements happens and happens usually from September to December. Every student's are asked to appear for the interview rounds and these opportunities are provided to us in our second last semester. Mostly all are placed before the final semester of theirs.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester, students are allowed to attend the placement. Many companies are visiting our college for example cadens, mistral, tessolve, vvdn, and for software TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, CTS, HCL etc. The highest average pack for a student in our college is 12 lakh per annum. Above 7 CGPA is eligible for the campus.

I choose this college over the another colleges because it is the best degree degree over the BTech from low level or tier three tier four colleges, I was having many options for T3 colleges BTech CSE, but I chose this because I think it's the best I apply to SRMS Bareilly University all the colleges I was confirmed, but I chose this college because it was providing me latest curriculum and data science is very new in this. It's online yes, it's called the first copy IITians

The selection procedure have two parts if you have a JEE advanced roll number you're automatically qualified for the course but if you don't have you've to give a qualifier exam in which you've to score 40%+ in each subject and combined 50%+ to be qualified. IIT MADRAS- Heaven for engineers

For this college one need to give jee advanced exam which is the second hardest exam of the world . The application form is available online and it is very easy to fill up. But to qualify for this exam one need to get into around the top 90 percentile of the jee mains exam for a general candidate.
