The true reality of the ISME College Bangalore

At the time of admission i was looking a college which will give me exposure and more pratical towards the business and corporate standard but after i joined the college their course ciriculum is totally different they are more specific towards the theoretical parts to teaching and only pratical parts are included in the Assignment and presentation. In the Starting of the batch they give us the industry visit in Bangalore. But after classes started they having exam every month. they are made a 3 Trimmester in a year and due to that their focus only went to complete the syllabus and take the exam. They need to make a 2 semester in a year so they can teach us more in depth knowledge about the course. Overall the facality are good and Course ciricullum is also having the standard for the subject. They provide us the geust lecture to bring the top companies leader to give the speech. they having one specific subject of Business research Methology.

My college bring the intership only in the marketing speciliazation and apart from them they are bring the Unpaid internship. But they are not bring very good companies for the intership as a brand only few of them come but they take only 1 students for the intership. There is no internship for the other course students. they are telling students to find the intership from the outside campus and biggest issues in intership are they are only giving 2 month of time for students to do the intership thats why no companies are offering for the 2 month of intership.

The placement of this year is very worst as per the market conditions but college is trying to bring the companies in the campus but they do not offering good packages for the placement. The placement committe of college is not as per good to keep standard in the corporate relation. Our senior batch are not get the placement specially for the analytics specilization students. only Marketing companies are coming in the campus. they are trying to bring the companies. Few of the students are applied out side campus and they got the job. Everyone is hoping to get the placemnt from the off campus. but they are not good as per they are offering us on the time of admission.

As per the college standard and facility, and facality which they are teaching us. Fee is overhigh and They having the availability of scholarship but the terms and condition for the scholarship is too difficult to fulfill every students so thats why only 5 or 6 students get the scholarship of 1 Lac out of the 193 students. The financial assistance is not available in the college even they are trying to get more method to gain money for the students. there is no campus employment opportunity.

My campus life is on an average becuase in Bangalore majority of the B-schools campus are very small even they do not having the sports ground and infrasture is good and classes are also good for study. they having good campus in small areas. they having nice libarary for student to study. As per the social life is awesome i made a lots of friends and Club activity is good i have joined the E-Cell club as my interest towards the startup and business activity. Other students joined the CSR, Communication and cultural club as per their area of interest.

First I get the information about this college through my cousellor and then i applied for the admission and fill the admission form which was the 1200 rupee date was 5 April 2023. In college form then will take all the information of our profile and they do not having any specific cutoff for the admisssion cateria so i was not given any management entrace exam. After some day I got the call from the college to give the interview for admission then I have given the inetrview and got selected. they do not asked any difficult question in interview they just see your confidence and clearly to do the course which we applied. They do not take the Group discussion for the interview and any specific written exam. they accept all the entrace exam score and they do not having any specific date for the college form closing. they need to make more difficult his admission process so they can get the best talent in his campus.

There is no Group Discussion and Written Test for the admission. I have only given the interview for the admission and They just asked me only some common question and soft skills question for the interview. they only look the student confidence and clearity towards the Course which they applied. I prepared for the interview just gone through the soft skills questions and basic knowledge gain for the marketing specilization which i am taken for my PGDM.
