Detailed Review of Vikram Deb Autonomous College

Hostels are not so good but a new hostel was opened nearly however it is very good. Library has many books ..it is awesome.

I have completed my graduation and my PG at this college. It is a good institute in our near locality. Everyone knows this college. I opt for this college because what I want to do after my +2 that is very good at this college. I have done my graduation and my PG in Chemistry, this department is very good.

My course is designed by NCTE. It is a course which help me grow like a teacher with rich knowledge and refined behaviour. In my course the syllabus is designed in a great way.I am fully satisfied. My college hour is from 10 am to 4 pm.It is a total new experience in this course.

No there is no internship is there.But in case u want to do any internship in the near by institutes then college is ever ready to ive u all the support.

After completing graduation in science there is a scope to go in the industrial sector, Vedanta company hiring students every year through campus selection. For art students there are other companies are there. Students get the jobs of different companies and get settled there. Most of the B.Sc graduates prefer to go to Vedanta industries.

Indepenence day, republic day, ganesh puja, saraswati puja, teacher's day,science day,annual function.All the functions are observed in a very well manner.Hostel students arrange their pujas in their own way beside the college puja..The total celebration is very good.

It is feasible.Not expensive.Like other govt colleges the admission fees is not so high.It is good for all the students.Hosel fees is lso not so high.It can be managable.There is also some stipend which help the poor students to manage their fees.In the self financing courses the fees are little higher, otherwise it is very good.

Yes there are many scholarships like Medha Bruti, prerana are there .I availed Medha Bruti.There is no loan facility for students. But there is stipend for SC ST students.

campus is moderate.All students are very friendly.There are special camps every year to go outside of our state.Picnics are arranged.Chemistry lab is awesome.Other labs are also good.There is a ground for sports.It is not so good. There is a basket ball court.

I gonna give 6 stars for the girls hostel and 5 stars for boys hostel.In the hostel the food is not good. But in case of girls hostel food is good.The rooms are in boys new hostel is very good.There is some minor problems like always. It can be compromised.

Yes there are many alumni in every department. In my department there are people who are in abroad , they all have a contact with the college. They helpthe college by giving some money and very they are.

Our college is an autonomous body so it conduted the exams very finely, in a very disciplinary way.MY college is under Berhampur University. In graduation and in PG level there is semester system and in the B.Ed the xam is yearly.All the exam halls are having minimum facility for the exam.

I got admitted to this B.Ed program through the merit list selection process. Particularly for B.Ed admission the Career mark is taken in to concern.It means the marks from 10th to graduation is counted then a merit list is prepared . For admission in to the +2 and graduation u have to fill the CAF.

There are faculties who are very good in their respective subjects.Like every govt college there are also contractual teachers but they are also very good.In Humanity section there are very good teachers.In science department there are very experienced teachers from different good universities in India.
