Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum:- our in college curriculum activities and festivals are so amazing but college staff are not friendly and not supported to arrange this festival like Welcome party, farewell and freshers. Teacher are not so good in teaching so I would suggest to my college please improve the teaching methods. Exam time every 3 months will be come and it's difficult to prepare for exam.

Internship provided by AICTE, Not good companies visit it's only virtual and govt. Provide internship. Only internship provide to Computer science and engineering and Electronics and communication engineering course students can take benefits.

Placement Experience

Eligible for placement:- End of 6th semester students will be eligible for campus placement. Companies:- TCS, Infosys, and Some startup companies. Highest pack.:- 7LPA Avarage:- 4LPA Low:- 2.5LPA 70 percentage students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

College fee :- 45000 (fixed) Tution fees and Other fees = 45000 Semister fee= 1500/per sem. Post matric scholarship available for all b.tech students. The amount will be provided is 20000/- per year. Education loan also provide to students for help him for education. Campus is amazing because our college near in hills.

Campus Life

Our college belongs tier-3 college but Library, all subjects lab, computer room also available. Our college sports festival also celebrated with students like cricket match, Valli boll and kabbadi. But don't allow students club or any social impact.

Hostel Facilities

Facilities:- one bed per person, selling fan, light and attached bathroom. Meal:- 4 time non- veg and 3 time veg per week provided but quality is decent not so yummy. Registration:- Direct contact with college faculty and do complete some formalities.

Hostel Fee: INR 45000 per year

Admission

Eligibility criteria:- Should be attended Entrance exam like JEE mains and OJEE. Everyone can directly walk college office otherwise apply online through council and deposit 100000/- council fee and rest amount deposited at college. Our college not so good and not so bad so will suggest to everyone first you research then decide to where you join.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

KIIT:place where students chase their dreams.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards companies visit campus and recruit students for internship. This internship season goes upto entire 7th semester. Many companies like amazon Deloitte cognizant and many other startups visited the campus.highest package was 42lpa and average package for computer science was 9 lpa. Around 70 percent student got placed.i want to get a good job in a good company.

According to recent placement statistics, the highest package offered at the college is around ?9.2 LPA, while the average package is about ?4–4.5 LPA. In the 2024 placement session, about 682 students were placed out of 803 graduating students, which shows a strong placement performance. The median salary for many programs is around ?6.5 LPA.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Students after completing 6th semester are given chances to do internship and convert it to ppo A total of around 60 companies visited the campus last year. For core branches tata power ,jsw offers a lot of jobs in tech roles tcs capegemini and other service based companies hires. Also cisco hires via there hiring process. Student have also grabbed placement at amazon and ib like credit suisse and goldman sachs previously. Around 60% students are getting placed every year Last year a total of 650 offers are made. So its better to get a job via campus placement rather than trying off-campus

Big tech companies like ,amazon, samsung, Capgemini,minetree,infosis,adani wlvisit the campus. The highest package offered in 52 lpa The average package in KIIT is around 6-8lpa And the lowest package offered in 3 lpa. So overall you will have a nice exposure to tech and industrial space and can grab some decent placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are good but not great. Th overall performance of students getting placement from every branch course combined is more than seventy percent. But the percentage in branch to branch respective wise is different , as Computer science engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Electrical Engineering have higher placement rates than any other courses. From Seventh semester students became eligible for sitting in placements. You can say from the start of Fourth year students sit in placements. Many companies visit and offer placements to our students but the big companies are TCS( Tata consultancy services) , Infosys, Adani Limited , Reliance Limited , Tata Power and Co.. The highest package offered to our branch course ( Electrical Engineering ) Is 13 LPA by Tata Power. The percentage of students getting placed by Electrical Engineering is pretty good and is 77%. Overall percentage of students from all branches is 72%. My plans after getting the degree is simple. I am preparing for placements and also for gate exam . I want to give myself a chance . I will try to get a big placement from a big company as I want . If that doesn't go according to my plan I will try to qualify gate exam and will do Masters in Technology in a. Higher Institute.
