Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum was a clear cut factor. First 2 years will make us to study about the normal aspects and remaining 2 years we will deal with abnormalities. Teaching method should be improved. Frequency of examinations is once in a year along with 3 internal exams.
Internships Opportunities
Internship can be done in our college. There will be a stipend of 5,500 per month.Internship includes Sunday camps,hospital visits,camps in rural areas. We can do research during internship.There is no direct placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Total course fee is 20,00,000. We pay fee by semester wise. There are 8 semesters in total. Hostel fee is 150000 per year with additional charges for AC . 5500 is the stipend awarded. Scholarships are included.
Campus Life
There will be culturals once in a year. This is a 4 day program. The administration gave least importance for sports and extracurricular activities. There are projectors,digital TV screen in each classroom. Our campus is ecofriendly.
Hostel Facilities
Three people shares a room. AC is provided with additional charges. Menu is good and healthy.Hostel fee is 1,50,000 per year including laundry.Hostel registration process is along with admission process.
Admission
I joined in the year 2020.NEET eligibility is required for the admission process.Regarding the application dates and fees are available in the website of yenepoya.Remaining application process are carried out through offline mode.Reservations are included in academic fees(PUC 90% scored students are valid for the scholarship of 50% reduction in their 1st semester fees.Also there should be a continuity of 70% score in university exams for further scholarship).There will be three internal examinations held in a year and a university exam.Those who are eligible by taking average of these three internals are allowed for university exams.I took admission through an agency.
