Course Curriculum Overview
I would rate this course a 10 out of 10. I like BDS very much and intended to take it up. I like the patient work. The clinical aspects of the training. And also the interactions witht he people from different backgrounds.
Internships Opportunities
Internship is awesome. It's like being a dentist. We have good patient exposure. Proper practice for clinical work along with a monthly stipend of 3500/- by the college. We have a perfect 365 days work split among every department with extra add on courses for in depth learning and preparation for the post graduate entrance exams
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees is 4 lakhs per year for 5 years which is actually a bit expensive for me. For others it may be reasonable. It consists of four years of tution along with a year of internship with a monthly stipend of Rs. 3500.
Campus Life
The college has many outdoor activities and also a football ground library and a cafeteria for social interactions. We have breaks in between where we can have cold or hot beverages along with snacks. The campus social life is perfect
Hostel Facilities
The meals are average as can be expected in a hostel. The wardens are strict as hell. There is no night life nearby and everyone should reach back ny 10 pm at night. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned by the staff almost everyday.
Admission
Well, for admission they asked for both 10th and 12th Certificate, the TC and also the NEET score card. For the NEET entrance exam it was quite hard. The preparation took me two years and I scored 2.92 Lakhs place ALL INDIA. The exam was too hard especially physics and chemistry.
