Course Curriculum Overview

The course I chose was much worse than I have ever imagined. The practical approach is almost tending to zero. The focus is made on mere cramming things. I don't think that there are any research initiatives to be mentioned. The institute merely follows everybody.

Internships Opportunities

No, Absolutely demotivating. The college does not provide any internship at all. But some of the students are sent to other colleges for internship program.

Placement Experience

Placement scenario is much better for CS branch than for other branches of BTech. Approx. 60 % students got placed last year. The major companies that visited the college involve infosys ,TCS,cognizent,HCL,etc. Average package for CS branch is approx 3.5 lacs.

College Events

Every, SKIT organizes a fest named as pravah which is all in one and involves both technical and cultural fests at the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I think the tuition fees here at SKIT is almost affordable by everyone. The tuition fees for one semester is 72000. The hostel fees for one year is 86000.

Fees and Financial Aid

The scholarship known as TFWS reserves limited seats in every college under RTU which is given to students as per their rank.

Hostel Facilities

No.There are single rooms in the college boys hostel. Also there are several PGs owned by skit. I reside in a private PG not owned by skit. I pay 28000 as rent. I have joined some other restaurant for food other than SKIT.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

I don't think that there is such a platform.

Faculty

Almost every faculty have done Ph.D in their respective fields. Experience is also about more than 5-6 years. The faculty does not try to interact with students. In fact, their aim is that their students achieve good marks and nothing else. Some teachers also demote the students for their curiosity.

Internships- A self-proclaimed service at LNMIIT

Placement Experience:

Students can participate in college placements since the 7th semester. Some comapnies and their offers are: Samsung-15LPA, IBM-13LPA, Deloitte-12LPA, DE Shaw-52LPA, etc. Percentage of students placed for Y21 batch was 86%. I will work i the corporate sector after graduating. That is my plan as of now.

There was a downfall in 2023-24 placement but in 2025 they are now recovering as we not got highest package of 1.24 crore with an average of 13.3 lakh which is good for us and college as there was recession going on in 2023-2024 that's why there is a downfall

Placement Experience:

College placement are above 85 percentage. Students are eligible for campeus placement ain 6 th sem . There are many companies visit in which some are selective recruiters and some are mass recruiters. Highest package is 64 lpa and average package is around 12 lpa. 85percent students get placements. I cna go for collenge placements or for higher studies.

From fourth year the students become eligible for campus placements And before that you have to go for outside placements by students himself only companies visited like Microsoft Zomato and all no Google and number of companies are not very good only mass recruiters are there like three L package tcs and old highest package is around 53 lakhs by Microsoft last year in 2023 and 4 academic year percentage of getting placements is like around you can say out of 100 4040 will get placement Every package is around 5 according to the chorus but I know it is around 3 lpa In reality I am pre paying for gate exam right now let us see what happened

About SKIT Jaipur

I have got into this college by my jee mains percentile. I have opted this college over two government colleges i have got because of affordability and less distant from my home towm .
