Actually the reason I chose this course is one day I read an article about a data scientist and from then I started my research on it and finally decided to chose it. But my college didn't meet my expectations because they are solely focused on theory parts, so we aren't getting chances of improving technical skills only those who are able to pay for outside courses are able to improve their skills

I don't particularly know about this because even though I'm in 3-2 the placements or internship opportunities are not yet started for the specializations in our college so I'm a little bit of scared since our batch is the first passing out batch in specialization

Placement Experience

The students of 3-2 become eligible for placements if and only if there cgpa is above 7 and they don't have any backlogs at the time of recession our college placements are like 60% and most of the students gets placed if they met above criteria at the time of bulk hiring.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our tution is decided by the JNTU-H and there is a total fee reimbursement for those who got rank below 10000 and for above ranked students they'll get a reimbursement of 25% and it is only applicable for the children of non government employees. As for campus placements due to lose of fame outside our college isn't much of high placements but our placement coordinator is trying hard to bring as much as placements to college

Campus Life

I actually a NSS volunteer, got mych support from college to complete the activities. Not only for NSS our college supports each and every club in our college it believes that social skills are also important for a students those are coming into the industry

Hostel Facilities

Our college hostel is of 3kms or 4kms far from our college so I decided to take a part of private hostel. In this locality since the demand is more the rent for the hostels is also high but the facilities aren't of much suitable for fees but the food is good

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

I got accepted into this college through the TS EAMCET in which I got 13314 rank and since the specializations were added to the college in 2021 there weren't high cut-off. I didn't get any reimbursement because mu father is a government employee. So I had to pay full fees of 138500/-. Our college follows A20 regulation for exams for our 2021 batch and the paper seems easy for me

Life at RIshi

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from year 4. The companies that usually visit are TCS, Capgemini and MMC etc. The college supports students by providing both technical and non technical jobs and any other uncoventinal career support upon request. Students aspiring to pursue education abroad are also provided with guidance and support.

Good college to join for study

Placement Experience:

So coming to placements they will provide good no. of placements if we have skills and keen of intrest to learn new things and grab oppurtunities. Also our colleg has NACC and NBA accredation there will be more companies approaching our college and taking students for placements and trainging. TP CELL will give its 100% in placements pushes students forward for various trainings and placements. Basically placement starts froms 3-2 mostly form 4-1 where students go to attend interviews and attend exams. companies like Infosys, Wypro, My schools, Infotech, and many MNC's. every year almost 150-200 students will be selected for placements. average package will be 3.0 - 4.5LPA and the highest package is 7.5LPA . their package is decided by companies according to the role they applied and thier level of skill. 45- 50% of the students will be selected for the placements. My plans after getting the degree: If i got selected in placement its well and good i will proceed further with the placement i got incase if didnt get placed i will try of the jobs and then shortly start a business.

Rishi Campus :- Worth a try

Placement Experience:

Our college has good placement opportunities. We are eligible for campus placements since 3-2 or 4-1. The highest package offered is 14 lakhs and the average package is 4 to 5 lakhs. 85 to 90% students get placements and others are also provided with other opportunities. We have got NAAC and NBA accreditations so we have more scope for placements now. I plan on getting a job and continue my MS.

My college experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very particular in choosing my course ie- computer science engineering. My aim is to become a software engineer, so I was very passionate about the course since my 10th. I find this course is very good but the point is it focuses on all the areas, but for an engineer the main point is computer courses. If this part is focused more then it will be useful.

The placements in our college are very good the highest package which we got in our college this year is around 18 lpa and the lowest package offered is around 3 to 3.5 lpa and the average package is around 4.5 lpa a lot of companies come to our college to conduct the placement drive as we have campus recruitment training from our first year it makes it a bit easier to face the interview some of the companies that visit our college are mandatory cognizant TCS Accenture Infosys Wipro HCL ADP the placement drive starts when you are in your 4th year 1st semester or at the end of your third year second semester
