Likes

Infrastructure of the labs,high tec equipment, greenery,good classes,good faculty
Very less amount of students per batch therefore better attention
Individual handling of equipments and one to one practical knowledge

Dislikes

Its in the outskirts of the mangalore therefore u need to travela little to the city
Its too hot during summer and there are water scarcity issues
The semester and the ecebts are jam packed and hence some semester are a little hard

The curriculum varies from semesters. Some semesters are hard and others are a bit a okayish. The best part of the curriculum is u get individual use scientific equipments.seminars and presentation are there which are graded that boosts the confidence and helps to learn about how scientific presentation are done.the college gives importance to conferences and sports.

Internships Opportunities

The roles offered are as junior research fellows,research assistant or we can work under guides on their topic of PhD and research.we also get to work in hospital laboratories and in industrial sector for pharmaceutical companies

From the seventh semester the students are eligible for campus placements. As of now the first batch of students for campus placement are still in the sixth semester .the teachers help in availing internship opportunities.

The total fees along with tuition and hostel comes around 2 lakes.at the end of 6th sem we have internship opportunities for which the college helps. The fee for records and uniform is separate.overall its worth the fees

There is intercollegiate and interuniversity sports fest that happen .apart the college has its own intracollege sport fest and sports day.every academic year has a freshers ,annual day,cultural day,farewell,ethnic day.

A room is shared by two students with an attached washroom. the meal consists of breakfast-idili, dosa ,vada, macroni, paratha Lunch and dinner-dal,boiled rice,white rice,papped, picked, some 2 or 3 curry and curd .

Eligibility of the course is you need to be from science stream in puc.The form is available in the official website.the staff and officials are really helpful and understanding to proceed with admissions.There is entrance test.For nri students u cant avail normal seat.the hostel and college has good infrastructure. The OBC/ST/SC has reservation benefits

I chose biotechnology and genetics since it something I really look forward to pursue as my career in the field. We had one subject as open elective which enhanced our curriculum since we could choose from various course every semester. Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements right after completing their B.Math(Hons) degree, i.e after their 6th semester. Companies like Microsoft, Google, LinkedIn, Wipro, and other Multinational Companies visit and every student gets an offer from one company or the other. The package ranges from 10LPA to 25LPA. Those students who opt for placement after their B.Math(Hons) course is over, all get a placement offer while most of the students prefer to continue their Master's Degree. I too would like to complete my Master's Degree after my bachelor and think about further options thereafter.

An in-depth review of college facilities and faculty from admission to campus life

This college gave me a scholarship as my mother teaches at Nitte University so I got a half concession in my fees. This college has collaborations with many others colleges like malaysia ect. Most of the physiotherapy colleges start their admission soon after the 12 board exams, since this course does not require any additional exams to be qualified a person much get his admission as soon as possible as the seats get full very fast. Every college has almost the same fees but the admissions close very fast due to the high demand of this course in the recent years. To get an admission in this college we have to submit our 10 and 12 marks card, birth certificate, aadhar.
