The course I have taken to complete my graduation is pretty good. We do practicals of every subject (Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Botany,Zoology etc) twice in a week . In first two days of week , every student do a practice of one subject; then next two days practical of other subject is done and so on. Institute also takes few research initiatives for students mostly for Medical stream students once or twice a year. Along with this, college also takes students for educational tours twice or thrice a year .

No, our college doesn't provide internship as it is a non-professional college.

Well, the placement scenario is not so good as this college doesn't offer any professional course. Despite being a non-professional college, yet 'UDAAN' visits in our college for placement purposes due to our college's better result in the university records.

No, technical fest has ever been organized in our college. But cultural fests are often organized here. Our state's dogri culture is often highlighted in these type of fests.

Well, the fee structure is not very high. When it comes to poor families or orphans, they too can afford the fees of our college. Besides this, college also provides scholarships for poor and orphans.

Yes, the college administration provides scholarships for orphans and for those who are financially poor.

Well, I have never been in a hostel. Yes , few of my friends are residing there. They do share rooms as the hostel is not that big. Hostel is one thing on which college administration must pay attention. May be the fees for hostel is around ?1500-2500 (pretty affordable) . The food is good. There can't be any complaints about this. The only thing in which college lacks is it's canteen. Canteen of college needs to be bigger and better.

Yes, I interact with the alumni whom I know personally and few of them also contribute for the development of the students studying in college. Many of them have been in State's civil services and even on higher ranks.

Well, the teaching staff is highly qualified, deserving and hardworking. Many teachers are even gold medalists in their subjects. They are also interactive. They try their best to teach students. When it comes to standard of education, our college is one of the best colleges in J&K.
