Course Curriculum Overview

All the UGC Guidlines are followed here in Sharda University, moreover my main aim was to go for core CSE branch but after knowing about the other branches, i took CSE with AI and ML. More practical implementation if provided then it would be more beneficial for the students.

Internships Opportunities

Many opportunities were given based on choices by the students, like in which field they were interested, like separated internships and training were provided for separate fields like for android dev, web dev, for tester roles, ML engineer etc.

Placement Experience

Placements were offered but due to recession in this year, not much companies came for placements and the packages offered were also not that much as we were expecting but more proper training could been provided by the university to the students so that they can easily opt for off campus placements. If you have plans like going for higher studies, then opportunities are given here for that also.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee structure is very much easy to understand and affordable for the facilities provided by the university. Moreover based on your performance and merit scholarships are provided by the university in the subsequent years

Campus Life

Because of covid in the first two years, we didn't have any cultural fests but in the next years almost in every 2 or 3 months we were having some events and almost every month any technical event or lecture. Infrastructure is well developed and life in terms of comfort is good in the university

Admission

Got in through 12th percentage and jee rank, then applied online through college's website, whole admission process was online (because of covid), was given scholarship based on my marks and rankings.

Student eligible from 7th sem and test started from that time also for diff diff companies.google microsoft oracle qudeye comes to college with big bog pacakges and number of offers approx 1200 offers made .Highest pacakge was 2.2 cr and lowest was 10 lpa for sde role.If thinks got as planned i will be seating in placement otherwise gate exam

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year you are eligible for placement sheat in college. The highest package was 1.5 cr approx and average 7-8 lakh. Percentage of students to get placement should be around 1/4 of overall students means . I will apply for both on campus and off campus placement.

Placement is good the highest placement was in 2022 that is 49 LPA and this year also 20 LPA of 3 students and 15 lpa of 4 students and many of 5 to 10 lpa . If a student does not get package or job it is his or her fault. Amy be he or she has not prepared or have any skill to get placed if you have potential you can get placed. Every student in college get placed at minimum 3 lpa. The placement rate is 90 %.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement of the college is decent. The average package for tech branches stands at 4-5 LPA. Most of the offers are made from mass recruiters like TCS, cognizant, etc. However, product-based companies also visit the campus but very few students get short-listed for them. The highest package for the 2025 batch was around 22 lakhs from JP morgan in which 2 students got placed. Microsoft also offered a package of 18 LPA. The placement percentage is around 50-60%. If you maintain 8+ CGPA and have the fundamentals clear then you can definitely secure a decent package from this college. The placement department of the college is supportive.
