Course Curriculum Overview

My seniors inspired me so much that I decided to choose this course. We have regular practicals, smart classes and our teachers tells us in time to time for further academic pursuits. I believe all our teachers are quite qualified but due to some problem facing by the state the teachers aren't able to teach us in 100% of his ability.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 38000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no increase in tuition fees. The complete cost might be around 40,000 or 50,000. We were told of availablity of many scholarships but there were less than 2 scholarships available for me but was unable to apply dude to unavailability of some papers.

Campus Life

We like the atmosphere inside the campus, but due to the current affairs in the state we are unable to engage in any festival. There are libraries in the campus and I believe they have all the books I might need in future.

Admission

The admission process was quite normal nothing worth discussing, I got the application form from the college's website and the application date was around August-September . As for the reservation, I know nothing as I was not one of those who can exercise those benefits. We have exam like every 4 months and the difficulty level was quite moderate. I believe that there is no need for any improvement.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average and mostly theory-based. Core CS subjects are covered, but practical learning, updated content, and flexible electives are limited, so we students must rely on self-study. And the exams are also monthly so you have to work on your own to study.

The curriculum is quite wonderful filled with up and downs. We have lot of theoretical knowledge with many difficult fruits in Maths and physics. This is good and bad at the same time which improve server by hurting skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The good side is the academics: CSE covers programming, operating systems, algorithms, AI, NLP, databases and related math, with regular curriculum updates in consultation with industry. ECE (including VLSI & Embedded Systems) includes communication systems, control, image processing, CMOS design, IoT, ML and AI, with strong emphasis on labs and projects. Recent placement data shows an overall placement rate around 80–85%, with CSE doing better than ECE, and a highest package near 40 LPA and average around 8–9 LPA for 2024, which is solid for a young IIIT. The transit campus at Mantripukhri still has essentials like Wi?Fi campus, library, labs, auditorium, hostels, faculty housing and playgrounds.

The worst iiit in entire india

Placement Experience:

We are juniors so we really dont know about the placements no faculty told how much average what is the highest placement and we himself didnt ask seniors about the placements also in website they mention it is 9 lacks average but we dont the reality inside

Placement Experience:

I am a first year student so I have a limited knowledge about this , pehaps from 6th 7th semester you become eligible for placements , Deloitte and other companies , highest is 45 lakhs , median is around 13 to 14 lakhs. Percentage of students placement is low , I don't know the exact number. My plans after this I don'ts even know.

The eligibility of the course was mainly on the exam conducted by NTA ie JEE mains. The eligible candidates can be applied also Non-JEE can be applied but have to go through entrance exams. Application forms were available in online format. There was not much difficulty from what I experienced. It was good overall. As for the admission process, i took jee so i could submit my jee application so it was easy to process. As for eligibility of the course , according to jee score we can choose the couse as well for the entrance mark also The highest can choose the course of their liked.
