Course Curriculum Overview
The course is designed in a unique way which caters to each student's academic background. I as an individual from Science background benefitted a lot from the course curriculum as it was designed in a way which gave us most of the practical exposure of the concepts we studied in each subject offering a holistic view of the business world through pseudo models which helped us engage our minds in research a bout various companies, their strategies, marketing gimmicks, production, financial constraints roles, challenges risks and what risks the business world was exposed to. There were subjects too gor our Personality Development whuch helped us to groom ourselves into corporate individuals who are now ready to face challenges headon. The faculties at this institute are also top- notch who are passion driven and inculcate in us the habit of developing business concepts, research papers and helps to develop an analytical bent of mind for facing business workd challenges and risks
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities at Bimtech starts in the month of September itself , like 2 months after the new batch comes to campus. This incoming of companies for Internship starts coming from September and stretches upto April of the next year, this 8 month long duration in which companies approach the campus for offering Internship is huge. Renowned companies visit the campus for internships. These companies include Digit Insurance, Marsh, Oxane Partners, Pedilite, KPMG, Cvent, Big Basket, Growth Arrow, Mojo Hunt, Bharti Axa and many more. Many companies offer good packages to students interning with them for a duration of 2 months. These Internship processes also takes place in a similar manner in which companies conduct these processes similar to actual job placement scenarios. Students in Internship processes are also tested on aptitude, excel communication skills. Some companies also conduct Group Decisions to guage the best chunk of students present in colege here

The campus has ample placement opportunities. Bimtech record since last 5 years has been of 100% placements with top companies coming to cpus like Blackrock, EY, Deloitte, Oxane, Marsh McLenan, Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra & Mahindra, Citi Bank, KPMG etc. The college ensures 100% placements for all the students of Bimtech. The college also provides good Summer Internship opportunities at good companies for a duration if two months from May to June. Most of the internships offered at Bimtech are paid and few of them are unpaid as well with highest internship offer of almost 1 lpa. Big 4 companies do visit the campus for summer internship as well as final placements. Students also get exposure
Fees and Financial Aid
The tution fee that I am paying is 1300000 as course fee and 400000 as hostel and mess fee. I would say the fees amount in total is a bit high comparatively but the facilities that this college provides in return for the money it charges is somewhat justified. Starting fr course fee, the management tries it's best to cater to each student's need and to groom them into business professionals. It also tries to bring the best of the learnings available for its students by engaging Guest Faculties too from various government and non government organizations. It basically tries to bring best of all places at one stand point. The mess fee it charges is also reasonable given the hostel room, mess facility and free laundry facilities it provides. Also there are cleaning services each day available for rooms the students live in. The tution fee increases every year by around 100000 every year. The complete cost I'm facing at this institute is 1700000 including all essentials
Campus Life
Campus life here at bimtech is fun, many activities are being conducted to make the whole curriculum exclusive and exhaustive at the same time. Helping students to explore the inner managers in themselves being getting involved in various fests like college's official fest Vihaan and other sports and literature festivals. Bimtech is the only college which organizes Bimtech Literature Festival which consisted of interactive sessions with eminent industrialists and experts, who wrote many inspirational business books, I got exposure in this Networking Event by getting an opportunity to meet various eminent CEOs and CFOs who wrote several books for guiding people in business world. Other activities held at campus are Alumni meets which gives a chance to meet our Alums and get connected with them. Bimtech also keeps organizing various technical competitions like Excelomenia and Operations related competitions to help students solve real world business case studies and excel there
Hostel Facilities
The hostel accommodation offers very good facilities in terms of proper rooms for boys and girls to live. The college has 3 girls hostel and rest boys hostel that is in RCI. The campus is located in a peaceful and pleasant locality where students get fresh air and fresh environment to study and excel. The hostel for girls has single room for girls and double room for boys where each boy has a roommate. The campus also has badminton and basketball court for students to get some recreation there. Hostels also have facility for table tennis and carrom games in ground floor for students to play. Students also have gym facility in campus to help them keep themselves in shape and remain fit and healthy. The hostels do have in-house laundry facilities where students have a particular day in a week where they give a big lot of their clothes to be washed that too free of cost. Ironing facility is also provided in hostels, along with room heaters, microwave and boiler facilities for students
Admission
The admission process started with registration for admissions in PGDM at BIMTECH, followed by shortlisting based on CAT/CMAT marks, eligibility for the same was 80 and 80+ percentile above and 90 percentile above in CMAT. Then the next round we faced was an online interview and offline interview round. I opted for Online interview as at that time I was working at Innodata and it was difficult to traverse and then give interview and join office as well. I found the online information about BIMTECH at Collegedunia's website and found link to apply. As I was from General category so got no reservation benefits. The interview that I faced in online mode went smooth yet grilled on some personality based and technical questions related to my Science domain. There were also questions based on politics and business world. There were certain questions related to my work experience and to why I shifted towards business from Pharmacy background. The ending questions I faced were business questions
Interview Experience
I did not undergo a GD as part of my admission process, however the personal interview that I faced was a tough one and went for about 45 minutes. The interview was challenging and covered a wide spectrum of topics. The questions ranged from my background in science to general knowledge and current affairs. Additionally there were inquiries related to the business world, assessing my understanding of economic trends and corporate dynamics. The interview aimed to gauge not only my academic knowledge but also my analytical thinking ability and awareness of the broader environment. While I didn't face a written test after CAT and CMAT, thorough preparation in science and business related topics, staying updated on current affairs, and gaining insights into the business realm were integral to navigating the interview successfully. The admission criteria emphasized a holistic assessment ensuring that candidate possess a well rounded skill set suitable here
