Beauty of my college

I have opted Electronics and communication engineering. And at my university, faculties in my branch were very much Knowledgeous and experienced. They are not only teaching but simultaneously making our base strong and making us dealing with industries more easily.

Our college gives summer as well as winter internships every year. This is like training not internship. Our departmental facilities train us different tools based upon different branches. I have done a basic VLSI course in summer from this college. It was very interactive session.

Yeah placements are also good. Like I have shared that average package is 6-7 lakhs. And our highest placement this year is 27 lakhs. And previous year it was around 23 lakhs. Percentage of students getting placed is 70%

Tution fees are quite expensive, but different scholarship are available for students. Like E-medhabruti, national scholarship, state scholarship and for girls special type of scholarship are also available. Different school are giving different prices on an average 10-20k/ year.

I have joined one technical club that organises many electronics based events to make the students aware of real world problems and how to tackle them by dealing with different gadgets . NIST has 24 clubs and societies. Some are technical and non technical. Every month club activities are held by different clubs. And in every year our tech fest SANKALP is also held.

Hostel facilities include accommodation and food facilities. The quality of room we live is not so bad. I will say rooms are average. Rooms having 3 slotted as well as 5 slotted with A/C and non A/C. Food facilities are quite good. Every week, we got non veg 5 days.

Yes I have joined this college through Jee main entrance exam. I have got this college based on my rank and cut-off. Admission process was quite good. No other extra entrance exams were taken by college.
