MRIIRS : pros & cons

In a bachelor's degree in computer applications subjects like c , c++ , java , web application development, operating systems, numerical analysis, data structures , system programming, artificial intelligence are very obvious. But, beside them the college offers subjects like placement competency, soft skills , aptitude skills, research paper , vocational training that prepares you for real - world applications. In my perspective, the difficulty level of exams in my course is not at all hard . I scored 80+/100 in every final(external) exam of every subject .

Companies like tata , bigData , infosis , infogain , vipro provide internships placement and offers a role of data analyst, front/back end developer, full stack developer, software engineer and manager and many more

In my 6 semester BCA course , placements startt from 5th semester. Companies like vipro , tata , bigData , infosis . My plans after getting degree is to pursue for masters first then go for job opportunities

There was a sudden increase in fee policy after 2022 batch's admission. In 2023 when i was in second year , from our juniors i came to know that the fee structure is increased a lot, which was ?140000/year for us went straight to around ?150000/year. If i talk about scholarships, i got ?7500 scholarship on my fees for securing 3rd position in 2022-2023 batch.

Campus life with friends is obviously fabulous with such a huge campus having lots of cafeteria, canteens , subway , nescafe outlets and many more. Also, technical fests are held almost every week . Sports and extracurricular activities are also offered quite nicely with 3 basketball courts , volleyball court , 1 cricket ground , 1 football ground , sports arena for indoor games like shooting , pool , snooker , TT , badminton , a gym with good amount of equipments and a boxing ring. We also have student-run social groups , clubs which all come under DSW (department for student welfare)

The admission process was of finite time period. No huge paper works , no rush nothing. Eligibility was to have 65%+ in 12th standard. Application forms were easily available both physically at the college's admission block as well as at their official site , with a minimal form fees of ?1000. If i talk about areas for improvement in the admission process I suggest college to have a direct-interaction with students and teachers of our selected course to have a more detailed overview of the atmosphere.
