Review of NIST

The curriculum is not so bad but I think the college should prioritize practicals more than theory as theory can only take you so far and the current world pursues more practical experience than theoretical. The faculties are good.

Internships opportunities are available in college but they don't provide stipends and for the stipend giving internships they are more likely to get only after getting in 3rd year as IITs and NITs prefer 3rd years than 2nd years.

The placements of our college are pretty average while some of them are good.the average placement offer is about 2.5-3.5lpa and the highest is about 21lpa. Some of the companies are Accenture, Cognizant,Western Digital etc.

The fees structure is around 123k for first year and 121k for the rest of the years totalling about 5lakhs. The scholarship opportunities are only available through state and central portals which almost halfs the fees.

The campus life is good as friends are there and the campus is quite beautiful. The clubs are the best spot for hangout and they offer quite good knowledge .The sports and extracurricular activities are vividly offered and students are interested.

Selection is done by the jee mains score cutoff for the CSE:50 percentile ECE, EE, EEE, ECS:30 percentile Well, the application form is only provided in the admission office and all the details regarding the fees and course details can be attained there. Exam occurs regularly with an interval of minimum 2-3 months and each semester takes nearly 4 months to complete . The difficult level of exam is moderate . It's a big campus about 70 acres Most of the faculty is well experienced and are easy to consult with.
