I loved the nature and greenery of the campus, the plus point is the girnar hills located behind the campus
The faculty and practical knowledge is really getting levelled up due to best faculty

Dislikes

There are 3 exams getting over and within a month they are helded
Some faculty are Targeting specific students

Course Curriculum Overview

The college provides courses like bsc in agriculture, in veterinary, in horticulture, btech, polytechnic, can apply for masters and PhD and also agri business management, the exams are held in avg 3 months at every semester and total there are 8 semesters

Class Size: 132Course Fees: INR 7550 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Overall fees for boys is 7550 and for girls it's 3500 I guess , and there are scholarship applied to those whose parents are not government employees, every year 17000 for each students , pm yashashvi and digital Gujarat are some platforms for application of scholarships

Every year students celebrate Ganesh chaturthi for 5 days, the na navratri is also celebrated , campus is really besttt ever campus with enriched beauty and evergreen trees arround whole campus it's a 10/10 for the campus over here , there are no raggings and no groups students happily stay here with all unity

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility are decent, it's strict regarding decipline, the hostels are good enough that we can comfortably live in it, students have their own self mess so that they can have the food according to their will and it's good too

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Admission

12th pass, and merit is calculated in which 60% gseb percentage and 40% gujcet percentage , application form on website Jau.in , no entrance exams taken , There should be better grades in both gseb and gujcet a student must score atleast 50-60 grades in gujcet and 70+ percentage in boards

Placement Experience:

There are no or minir placement by university because nost of student don't want them because of low package or for pg studies. Banks are coming for students for agricultural loan officers. Other students are preparing for government exams like UPSC, GPSC, AO, NABARD GRADE A etc.

Before the compliance of eighth semester you are eligible for the campus placement. Average package of the campus placement is 24000. There is completely sperate department for placement . It's name is placement nd council cell

My reason to choose course, I love to study in horticulture. There is 60 students in our class. It is 4 year course, There are 3 exams taken per semester, total 8 semesters are there, it is not hard to pass out in exam.

Placement Experience:

Only last year Students eligible for apply placement only a few companies are visited the college like IDBI Bank IFFCO agrostar are visited the highest package offered by the company is 13 lakhs and the average package is around 3 to 3.5 lakhs around 20 to 25% of student are get a job from one campus placement due to more most of the student of study in pg my plan is the I start entrepreneurship as a fertilizer company

The college is spread over an area of 1185 hectares. It came into existence in 1972. Acharya devvrat is the current chancellor of the college. Dr. R k patel is the vice chancellor of the college. The college is approx 30 km from palanpur town.

Rai University believes in imparting knowledge with fun.In order to rejuvenate us, well furnished indoor sports rooms are also facilitated with Table Tennis, Carom and Multi Gym.Besides, there is a snack bar where students can enjoy a quick munch in between the games.

Yes, i have to said something. As i tell you that my college is new,so when we go there, there is no any college or hostel facilities available for three years. We remain in farmers trainees hostel. And for lecture we gone in conference hall of krushi vigyan kendra - porbandar. So basically its my request to government that please first of all build up the college and hostel and avail all facilities, then only start admission, otherwise first 3-4 batch dont get any facilities....Read More
