Course Curriculum Overview

The course is intersting. We are provided good practical teaching. There are a lot of machines available. Yes, thus curriculum prepares us for real world applications and they taught us subjects like entrepreneurship and management if we ever want to go for start ups. The exams are moderate to tough and to be honest it depends on the faculty (the difficulty of the exams)

Comaonies like Bajaj Hero Moto, Microsoft, google, amazon, Zomato,Tata, Deloitte, Mahindra, Samsung, Reliance, and Airtel. etc visited our campus during internship season Great internship opportunities are available for intrested students

Placement Experience

• The companies start showing in campus after 3rd year. Avg package is 8 lpa • Around 200 companies visit in our college campus and around 90% students get placed (vary from branch to branch) • Highest package is around 65 lacs and avg package is around 8 lpa • I plan to to MBA after this degree

Fees and Financial Aid

. Tuition fee is 69, 276 for UR category students whose parents income in more than 7 lacs There are many scholarships for students who scored more than 90% in 12th class • You can join some college startups or clubs or new learning opportunities

Campus Life

• The annual fest of Manit is called "Maffick" and there are many technical festivals held in here like technosearch. • There is a large library where you can get your desired book from and there's also many e- books available •There are computer rooms for students wanting to learn • There are many inter NIT competition held in here, great opportunities for students interested

Admission

I'm pursuing Mechanical Engineering (B Tech) from MANIT Bhopal. Application form can be easily found out on Manit official website. The exams are held every 4-5 months (end sem) The admission process was fairly easy

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

Placement Experience:

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed. Big companies and MNCs also comes in our college to hire. 90%+ students get placed. I will going to have a job after getting the degree and will not go for higher studies.
