The faculty and classwork is good but in BTech majority of study should be done by students itself rather than depending on faculty. They plays a PPT presentation and start explaining. Improvement need to be done a lot where real world examples should be taught

The companies that come for recruitment are: JP Morgan Chase Oracle Amazon Deloitte DBS, etc Many other companies also come for placement and internship drives. They offer good amount of package. Many start-up companies also come for drives.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fees will be increased every year. For our year the fees was around 1,31,000. College doesn't provide any scholarship but the Telagana government provides scholarship for the merit students based on there EAMCET rank which should be less than 10,000

Campus Life

The college has everything a student need. But the total area of the college is less compared to some other colleges. It is around 21 acres. The library is good and cafeteria is also neat and clean. No non-veg food is allowed in cafeteria. Good space for college ground

Admission

To join in Vallurupalli Nageswara Rao Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering &Technology (VNRVJIET) we need to write Telagana EAMCET exam for joining in conveyor quota. Admission can also be taken through B-category. For joining through B-category student should write mains exams. The cutoff depends upon the students applying.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed

Detailed review of VNR VJIET

I did chose this college because it is highest rated EAMCET college in Telangana. Vnr when compared to others is far better in curriculum and placements.the addmission process starts atound Feb of every year. There is also management quota . The only other college applied is cbit . I did not get the seat for my rank . The admission process is of three ways. One sis EAMCET exam and the other is jee mains percentile ( b cat) and the last one is nri quota also called as management quota.
