Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is good ????, i choose this course because of my rank, the curriculum covers all courses which are to be learned to be a good mechanical engg, some of which are HMT, FLUID MECHANICS, courses for design basic mathematics etc, proff mostly teack theory in the class not the problems , every sem you will face mid sem, endsem quizes. viva, assignment etc

companies offer internships in various roles as data analyst, quantitative analysis, software development, product management, consultant, research internships, ect, you need to create your profile according to your role and also maintain a good CPI

Placement Experience

placement season starts the start of final year ,(7th sem) , usually all students get places, companies ranging from JPM to TCS, amazon Facebook, razorpay visited, dont know about total no of companies visted, dont know the exact no of students placed, i am preparing for the placement

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees for gen candidate 1lakh approx, complete cost of education will be around 12 lakhs for 4 years this includes my personal expenses as well , don't know about the scholarship as i don't avail any, no campus employment taken

Campus Life

It has great college culture, each year their are 3 fest in total which are Kashi Yatra cult fest, technex technical fest, and spardha tha sporte fest, we have a huge Library with tons of books for all courses, classroom as pretty normal,we have all the sport ranging from cricket to squash to swimming, we have clubs in tech and cult as well

Hostel Facilities

We have table chair bed in the room, it is a 3 shared room with enough space, mess food is good and don't know about the hygiene , anyone getting admission here will be surely allotted a room , minimal hostel rent,

Admission

I took admission by clearing JEE ADVANCE with a rank of 5651 and opt for mechanical engg as i was getting only this branch in this college, i participated in JOSAA counselling for admission no reservation availed, everyone knows the difficulty level of JEE ADVANCE there is nothing to tell ,the admission process conducted by jossa was smooth conducted in 6 rounds

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

Placements are quiet low at bbditm. The average package of 4lakh approx and the highest upto 15 lpa . The highest package is from the computer science branch. But number Of placements are low. But there is also number of placements in other branches.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
