Remarks

Person who belong to kolhapur district and who want to pursue his graduation in the management field, BVDUIM is the best college.

Entrance Preview

I gave BAT which was the enterence exam for admission in bharti vidyapeeth. I didnt prepare much for the enterance exam and also the exam was very easy.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

As I was doing BBA, I find course curriculam very useful as the whole course was related to managment and the role of managers. There were also role plays held related to management case studies.

Internships Opportunities

Internship experience was good. I did my internship at M.J. Fabrics who were manufacturers of clothings and were exporting this goods in the domestic market. I worked as an assistance to the production manager of how they can optimize their internship. As I was new, I learned a lot from this experierce.

Placement Experience

2

Placement was not that good as the companies were demanding post graduation degrees like MBA, MCOM. Companies which came for the placement were offering pay in the range of 8 - 10 k. Few of the companies which came were HDFC bank for marketing role, ICICI bank for the same role, etc.

College Events

2

College festival was held in Pune, where all the students of bharti vidyapeeth form different regions used to participate. There were different sports, cultural and other events were held like cricket, dance, quiz, etc.It was one of the best events among all the colleges in pune.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I belonged to Jain community, I got scholarship for the minority. I received 25% of the fees that I paid during the course.

Campus Life

2.5

Campus life is not that good as the students who take admission in this college are mostly business class students and they have their own family business. Most of the students get engaged in their family business and do not attend college regularly. Speaking about the gender ratio it was 60% male population, and population mainly belonged to sindhi and marwari class during our time. 80% of the population was wealthy and had their own family business.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

During our time, there was no any hostel facility available. But there were rented house, paying guest facility available nearby. I had my own home, so dont know about the details of hostels and the facility.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors were good but there was very rare contact with them as they belonged to a different batch. Batch timings were different.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty of 2013 was nice as most of the faculty believed in practical experience and always encouraged us to participate in management activities.

Placement Experience:

campus placements are really good better than most bba colleges , a student can get placed for around 4L-15L depending upon his gpa and other skills . Companies like pwc, deloitte , goldman sachs and larsen &turbo come in college for placements. Average CTC is around 6LPA where is highest package is around 15LPA. My plans after getting this degree is getting 2 years of work experience then go to abroad for my mba in finance field

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honestly, the course alone can't prepare you for real world applications. It's important to learn some skills before getting into job market. The course is pretty theory based and doesn't have a practical approach. The only skill thing that college helps with is public speaking through presentations. The teaching methods are also very much traditional type. So it's better to learn some extra skills and get experience, that can help you get your ideal job.
