Course Curriculum Overview

I love maths and physics a lot , that's why I chose engineering. I guess Engineering college can never prepare you for the real world problems. You need to do extra activities to learn it. There must be some courses, which must be added , which are necessary for every student to know like finance, ML etc irrespective of their branches. In one sem there are two levels of exam which is kind of good.

Internships Opportunities

Amazon , Visa, Texas , and a lot more companies. SDE, product management, consulting, Data Scientist etc. stipend is between 50000-200000. Stipend depends on the role offered to you. Project is majorly on ML and WebDev.

Placement Experience

Our placement is good in our college. Approx 70% of the students are placed . From 7th sem we can sit in campus placement. . More than thousand offers are made from a numerous companies like Google, amazon, Flipkart etc. I may appear for upsc exams after the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

For one sem our fees is 1,21,000 which is kind of huge amount. But I belong to EWS which reduces my fees to 22000 which is kind of good. My complete education cost to about 4 lakhs. I guess there are numerous scholarships available for students which requires different criteria like NSP and others . There are state scholarship as well.

Campus Life

Kashiyatra held in January, Technex in March, Spardha in October. There is a huge library in our college, there are libraries in our respective branches as well. Facilities in our branch is good. They offered a numerous sports facilities. There are a numerous social groups in our college like scs , utkarsha etc

Hostel Facilities

We live 3 people in a room of 2 which is really small. We face a lot of difficulty. When we start our meals in the sem beginning it is good but eventually the quality starts degrading as the time passes and menu is monotonous. Registration process is not that difficult. Our is hostel is affordable.

Hostel Fee: INR 15000 per year

Admission

I gave IIT JEE exam. It is eligible for the students 10th and 12th passed, who got 75% above. We can find application form and required details in their respective website. Usually there are two levels for this , first is JEE mains which occurs twice and second is JEE Advanced which can be given only when JEE mains cutoff has been clear. It is considered one of the toughest exam in the world. The admission criteria is based on the performance of the students in the exam hall, which is wrong according to me, one should consider the interest of the student in their respective fields.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

GLA University Mathura is Great!

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Good for learning and Skill development

Placement Experience:

Mostly te 6th sem (3rd year) got eligible for campus placement. Amazon, Accenture, AVL India, Atlan and many others (about 900+) visited and made 4000+ offers. The ave. package is about 5.25 LPA and highest crossed 39 LPA. Above 60%+ got their placement and the persentage of students receiving multiple offer is about 32%. After degrre want to build a strong carrer and to contribute in the grouth of Bharat.

Honest Opinion on IIIT ALLAHABAD

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester, many students get into the internship and many gets further preplacement through it. The companies visted are google, atlassian, flipkart, qualcomm, samsung, phone pe etc. Highest package is 1.21CR per annum. Average package is 30LPA 90% students got placed. Private job is the plan after getting the degree. 90% students gets placed.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quiet low at bbditm. The average package of 4lakh approx and the highest upto 15 lpa . The highest package is from the computer science branch. But number Of placements are low. But there is also number of placements in other branches.

So entry in IIT BHU was through JEE ADVANCE. I gave the examination and got an All India Rank(AIR) of 7533. Then I had Josaa counselling where I had to select colleges according to my priorities. So one of the many colleges I filled was IIT BHU(4 Year B.TECH Chemical Branch). The distribution of colleges is purely based on your ranks. Higher rankers will be prefferd above you.
