Know about RIE

As Regional Institute Of Education is for future teachers. The syllabus is designed in a way that you experience the life of a teacher in your classroom. There are assignments, pressentations. Subjects like art education give us the idea about how to integrate art in your teaching skills. There will also be internship in the school in which you have to teach students.

The students get intership opprtunities in 3rd Or 4th year. College allot us schools in which we have to teach and that school allot the class wich is generally 9th to 12th. One of my senior told me that they were send to JNVs for 3 month internship where they teach students. Inspection also held time to time there.

I am not sure about the placements here. 4 yr students get the placement opprtunities. The schools of Ajmer came here for placements. The student after getting this 4 yr integrated degree will get preference in KVs, DAVs etc. After getting this degree I will apply in KVs for teaching.

The fee of our college is not so high as I an persuing BA.B.Ed the fee is 27,150 rupees for the whole semester including mess and hostel charges. It is not a big amount in compare to other colleges. I am not sure about the scholarship here as I am first year student and I have no information about it till now. After getting degree from here you will get preference in KVs and JNVs. There are also placement opportunities in the campus. School come here for the placements.

As we came here our seniors told us that this is not DU so behave accordingly interms of clothes. There are no fests here as like DU and other college. But the activities is organised by the Bhugyan Society and SMEC. There will be annual function nad other festival celebrations but not fests. The performances are also cultural. The library is excellent u can get any of the book u want in this library and u can also get pdf of that book on whatsApp grp. Classes are held in both the ways, with the projector and on the board by chalk. The playgound here is best ground for athletes. There are many sports available here and many sport courts. There is Bhugyan society and Smec club which organise all the extra curricular activities and competitions.

The hostel provided for freshers is Saraswati hostel which is very good in aspects of other hostels in the campus. The size of room is good. 1 room is alloted to 2 students there are two beds ,two almirah, 2 chair table. Ther is also balcony area in which we hang our clothes. Wifi connection is there. The mess food is decent not very good not very bad. Breakfast is very good but the dinner is not so good. We were charged 17000 for the mess for whole semester. Menu of the mess is decided by the mess committee of 8 students.

I took up admission here in 2023 this was the first batch of ITEP.Admission was taken up by NCET exam which was moderate in difficulty level.All the datails was updated on the ncet.samart.ac.in. They informed only 4 days before the exam. Same with the admission process they informed only one or two days before the admission which cause a lot of problems as we have to complete our documents in one or two days only, it was very hectic processs on that 2 days to complete the documents and travel to the college. They should inform atleast 5-6 days before the admission. This was the only thing I was dissapointed with and rest the college has good atmosphere. The natural beauty around the college is very beautiful as there are aravalli hills and Ana sagar lake. Faculties are also good.
