About Maulana Azad University
Established in 2013 under Rajasthan State Government Act, Maulana Azad University is a leading state private university located in Jodhpur. The University has been a global knowledge center and boasts of educating more than 8000 students in multiple disciplines like Pharmacy, Technology, Management, Education, Science, Commerce, Arts etc.
The University runs nine major faculties and offers 25 + Undergraduate/ Postgraduate/ Professional courses approved by UGC. Applicants are required to pass an entrance exam for PhD admissions at MAU.
Maulana Azad University has instituted a ‘Training and Placement Cell’ to facilitate and help students in career counseling and placement in reputed companies. - The ‘Training and Placement Cell’ facilitates and helps students in their placements.
- A number of seminars and workshops and meetings with the HR of the companies to secure a job or internship are organized.
- Mock interviews, in house training sessions, written tests, group discussion for students to help them in preparation of interviews and exit/selection level /entrance exams etc.
- Students are required to fulfil the minimum academic attendance criteria of 75% in all the semesters to participate in placement drive

If you want to get admission to Maulana Azad University then you should have scored a minimum of 60% in the 12th science admission process doesn't involve any entrance exam you can get direct admission to the old campus of Maulana Azad University Jodhpur

The eligibility of any course get 50% minimum marks in any stream like science bio or science math can take admission in the pharmacy course college. And the application form fee is 500rs only. there is no reservation available at the university.

I applied for Maulana Azad University Jodhpur in 2018 after 3 years of going through I found it not good because this college location is very outside of the main city, semester mode for B.A. is totally ridiculous. The quota process isn't here because it's a private University and I don't avail any quota. As I mentioned it's a private and funded University with no admission criteria but if you are interested in a professional degree like 4 years (B.A.B.ED.) so they see your criteria.
