Entrance Preview

I came in this college through JEE main. My score was 180/360 which was combined with my board score of 90% in MP board. And the resulted rank was 8933. I opted this college as this was very good college in every aspect.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum consists of 8 sems including all the basic subjects of engineering. They teach you both the theoretical and practical aspect of every subject.

Placement Experience

3.5

I done internship from tata motors. And the stipend offered was 8000 per month.

College Events

The placement opportunities ate very good. Nearly 100 companies visit every year with a good package. The training and placements cell is good here and you nay land with a good job if you are good student. They provide a good internship oppurnity. And nearly 40 companies visit for internship every year with a good stipend.

Fees and Financial Aid

They offer you a good scholarship if you are poor. And there is bank in campus which provides loan facility.

Campus Life

The gender ratio here is nearly 4:1. For four boys there is one girl. We have good workshop. Every semi culture fest and parties are conducted by CLG management. Students of all around the world are present here.

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

Nice college

Placement Experience:

After completing the four-year degree, the college does provide placement, but I don’t know much about it yet because I haven’t seen many companies visiting the college. So far, I’ve only seen four or five companies. There aren’t any major companies coming in. Also, when placements happen, it’s unclear how many students got placed, how many didn’t, what the packages were, or what the highest package was. From what I’ve seen, the placement seems to be average at best.

The college is good in terms of placement and development of students

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

A ride to my college-VIT Bhopal

Placement Experience:

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed. Big companies and MNCs also comes in our college to hire. 90%+ students get placed. I will going to have a job after getting the degree and will not go for higher studies.

College provide us opportunity to sit in campus placement from 7th semester. There is number of companies visits in college like vipro, redhat,tcs etc. Highest package is 20-25lack per year and average is 5 lakh.my plan is to get directly campus placement.
